Red and Black
“MARIA!”, Shadow calls running over to her side.
Maria is on the ground; lights and bells flare off as steam escapes though some of the pipes.
Maria’s eyes slowly flutter open, “I’m fine, Shadow…”
Shadow bends down and scoops her up in his arms, “No you’re not. We’re getting out of here!”
Maria, “No…We can’t leave him…”
CRASH
A limp body breaks through a glass door and lands right in front of them, bleeding from the mouth
Maria manages to stretch out a hand, “Grandpa!”
Gerald turns around looks up to them, coughing up blood, “Leave…! Leave while you still can!”
WHOOM
Silence
WHOOM
Shadow’s ears perk as his eyes shift to the now broken glass door.
A large foot is slammed onto the ground
WHOOM
Gerald looks back at them, “LEAVE…NOW…”
The massive creature raises a hand and lifts Gerald’s body into the air, tossing him aside like a rag doll. He then approaches Shadow, “Give me the girl…”
Shadow clenches his teeth, “NEVER!”
Maria is ripped from his grasp as the creature holds her in the air.
“MARIA…!”, Shadow screams, jumping at the beast.
WHACK
Shadow is SLAMMED into the wall, falling on his face
The creature holds her in the air, and opens his large mouth to her body, his sharp teeth just barely touching her body as screams are heard.
CRUNCH
The screams are gone. A dead silence falls over the ground.
The creature looks around room, seeing the figure of Shadow lying there. He then looks towards the broken glass. His head comes right over it, and the figure looking back at him in the reflection, is Shadow.
Shadow jumps up from his sleep, “MARIA!!!”
Amy barges in to the living room, her pajamas on, swinging a bat full throttle, “WHAT! WHAT IS IT?!”
Amy looks around, flicks on a light, and looks at Shadow, “Another…”
Shadow sits up from the couch, tossing the covers aside, holding his face with his hands, “Dream…I know. I’m sorry…”
Amy drops the bat and takes a sigh of relief, “Oh god. I thought someone broke into this place”
WHAM WHAM WHAM
Shadow jumps back
From the wall, “WILL YOU TWO SHUT UP! It’s 3 in the morning and SOME people have work in 2 hours!!”
Shadow winces, “Sorry Mrs, Cloud! I had another nightmare!”
WHAM WHAM
From the roof, “You BOTH shut up!”
Wall, “YOU SHUT UP!”
Roof, “NO YOU SHUT UP!”
“Oh yeah?! Wanna make something of it?!”
“YEAH! OUTSIDE!”
SLAM
SLAM
Shadow stands up, walking to the door, “I’m too much trouble. I will leave”
Amy throws her body in front of his path, “Where do you think you’re going?”
Shadow looks at her, “I’m too much trouble…”
Amy’s hand is placed on Shadow’s chest
Time almost stops for Shadow
THUMP
Shadow is shoved onto the couch as Amy folds her arms, “You’re staying here until you find your own place”.
Shadow just looks at her, “…Amy”
Amy walks back to her room, “Now get some sleep, I have a job interview in the morning”
Shadow just looks down, “Yes, ma’am”
CRASH
A huge fat woman flies though the front window and explodes onto the living room table.
Amy whips around, “MRS. CLOUD?!”
Outside, “YEAH! NOW SHUT UP!!!”
Shadow just stares
Amy walks back to her room, talking to her self, “Nightmares. My stupid neighbors. Ugh, I’m gonna be a wreck tomorrow”
Slam!
Shadow just looks at Mrs. Cloud, “…!”
Morning
Shadow sits straight up, and politely eats his breakfast. Cutting into a piece of toast.
“…So then I helped her up and back into her apartment…”, Shadow says calmly.
The camera swings around, and Amy is leaning back in her chair, her red dress on, a news paper in one hand, and the other hand is stuffing her face with a bagel, cream cheese barely holding onto the side.
Shadow’s eyes follow the dangling cream cheese as it hits the table with a hollow thump.
Shadow looks back at Amy, “Amy. I’m too much trouble. You’re in between jobs”
Amy just scoffs him away, “Blah blah. I’ll get this security job. No problem. They sounded like they wanted to hire me on the phone. All the experience with the Ark and all that…”
Shadow looks at her, “Amy. You helped sonic break out. And then watched me and Sonic destroy biolizard…”
Amy shoots him a look, Shadow just looks back with a nervous smile, “…And you were a huge support! Oh man, those people that break into whatever you’re guarding. WHEW…they’re dead!”
Amy smiles and goes back to the paper.
Shadow’s eyes catch the title, “ARK brought from space. In security hold in GUN HQ”.
Shadow blinks, leans back, and retreats into his mind, “The ark is here on earth?! If I could access some of the files, I can put these nightmares to rest”.
Amy looks at the clock, “Oh crap! Look at the time! I need to be going!”
Amy checks herself in the mirror, adjusts her hair and looks at Shadow, “How do I look…”
Shadow looks at her, “…Amy…”
Amy smirks, “I look like Amy, huh?! Well I guess that’s good! I need to be going! I’ll see you later!”
A random guy passes the broken window, “And you might want to get this fixed too”
Amy opens the door, closes it, and you can hear her yell as she’s walking down the stairs, “WISE ASS!”
Shadow just stands there, the silence resting on the ground, “…beautiful…”
Shadow then shakes himself back to reality, “I’ll have to break in. I hope the graveyard shift is the least manned one…”
Night
Clouds start rolling in, showing signs of a storm
Amy stands in front of a building, outside, with a cop uniform on, “Can you start today, they say. Sure I can, I say. I love standing in front of a dull buildings out in the middle of NO WHERE by myself! Why am I the only one here anyways?!”
The camera pans out, and the letters G-U-N can be read from the building, “You’d think they would want to guard the ARK a little bit better”
With a crack of lightning, light rain starts to fall from the sky.
Amy just stands there, slowly getting wet, “…awesome…”
The camera swings up to the roof, as Shadow bends down low, looking at the security guard, “One guard? Looks like the military can’t afford much graveyard help…”
Shadow jumps off the side, flips around and lands in the bushes.
Amy spins around, “Who’s there?!”
Shadow, “That voice…”
Amy flicks on her flashlight and goes over, “Wouldn’t that just be my luck. I’m wet. And someone tries to break in. ‘Oh, you won’t need any partners. No one comes in’. Yeah right”.
Amy checks the bushes right next to where Shadow is. Shadow slaps his palm over his face, “Oh, I can’t believe this! Amy’s working here! Wait, wait…maybe this is a good thing…”
Shadow jumps out of the Shadows, “Amy…!”
Amy jumps around, whips out her gun and aims it at Shadow, shaking like a leaf. Shadow’s expression is dull, “What are you doing…”
“Sh-sh-shADOW?”
Shadow whips out his hand, places his index finger and thumb on the head of the gun, and yanks it out of her grasp.
Amy just stands there, looking at where her gun used to be, “You cave to visit me?”
Shadow’s ears perk, “Yes. That’s what I was doing. Visiting you”
Amy smiles, “Aw. That’s so sweet. It’s kind of dulls-vill around here, so I’m glad you came. Did you fix that broken window…?”
Shadow’s mind: Oh crap!
Shadow looks at her, “Yes. It’s taken care of”
Shadow’s mind: I’m dead.
Amy looks at him, “That’s good. Because, if any of that rain gets it, it’s probably going to mess up the carpet. May cause an electrical fire. Burn the place down…”
Shadow’s mind: Really dead.
Shadow stops, “Well, enough about that. Why don’t you give me a tour of the Ark?”
Amy pauses, “The…well…I guess I could. I do work here, right?”
Shadow grins, “Right. And we can get out of this rain”
Amy, “Oh that’s a great idea! Let’s go!”
Amy goes to the keypad, punches in a couple of numbers, and the doors swing open.
Just a couple feet from the door, a camera watches them enter.
In the monitor room a couple of tech guys that sit behind the counter, a very bulky military person stands behind them. One of the tech guys adjusts his mic, “They’ve taken the bait, sir”
The military general smirks, “Good”
Inside the building is indeed, Ark: the space station home to Shadow so many years ago. Shadow places his hand on the palm pad of the Ark, “I wonder if it still works…?”
A robotic voice calls, “Shadow. Welcome”
The doors rush open, lights flicking on and off.
Amy, “Whoa”
Shadow sticks his head in, “Looks okay to me. Come on!”
Amy walks in, “Shadow are you looking for something?”
“Yes, I want to find the computer to check something”
Amy pauses, “Wait. You were gonna break in!”
Shadow looks back, “…As long as we’re here, we might as well?”
Amy stops and thinks aloud, “I never told you where I was going to be working at. Shadow! You tricked me!”
Shadow runs over to a room and puts his hand on the keypad, “…and I didn’t have to kill anybody”. Shadow the rushes into the room
Amy just stands there, “…I hate it when hedgehog men use me…”
Amy runs in after him, “You know! This is just like all you men! You just-whoa…”
Shadow stands at the control center of a very large computer, “The doctor would never let me touch this. But, I snuck in and made my own username without him noticing”
Clank clank
Amy turns around, “Did you hear that…?”
Shadow, not even looking at her, messing with the computer, “It’s probably just the Ark restarting itself. Don’t worry about it”.
Shadow types in the word ‘Maria’.
A list of file names: Maria1.mov – though Maria207.mov appear on the screen.
Shadow clicks on the first one, and a small security video is played on screen. It’s Maria playing with baby Shadow.
Amy smiles, “Awww! You were so cute!!”
Shadow blushes, “That’s great Amy”.
Amy looks at a filename, “Whoa! Someone got a little type happy!”
Shadow looks at her, “What?”
“Look at that last filename?! MarIALKSKDJSLJKDSJKS? That had to be you having a spaz. I can just see you. ‘Hey! I’m on the computer! I’m gonna press random buttons!’”.
Shadow looks at her with a dull face, “HA. Not funny”.
Shadow clicks on the file name. A black and white video plays of Maria on the ground, and what seems to be Shadow picking her up in her arms.
Amy’s eyes widen, “…Oh crap…”
Shadow’s hand rises to the screen, “My dream…”
Cut to the guys watching, “Sir they’ve found the video”
Back to Shadow
The video plays as a large, black figure, comes in, it looks exactly like Shadow. Only bigger.
He picks up Maria…holds him to his mouth…
Shadow’s eyes go pin point small, “NO…!!!!”
The video cuts out
Amy just looks at him, “Shadow…”
“…M…MARIA…”
Amy puts a hand on his shoulder, “…I…”
Shadow slaps her hand away, “That’s not how she died! The military!…They shot her! THEY SHOT HER…she saved me!! She…”
Amy takes control, “Let me see something…”
Shadow just stares at the ground
All of a sudden another file pops up, “Project Light”
“Project Light? What the heck is that?”, Amy clicks it and gets a full 3d rendering of a Red Shadow, only with black lines.
Amy starts to read the description, “The ultimate life prototype. Right after biolizards completion a test model of the ultimate life form was made: Light. Light has the ability to time travel with Chaos Control. A large amount of power is required to do so, so Light needs to change forms in order to sustain such a jump. This was later trained and though to have been removed from Project Shadow.”
Shadow looks over, “…I have a brother? Is Light who killed Maria! DID LIGHT KILL MARIA!?!”
Amy pushes Shadow away, “Calm down. There’s another paragraph”.
She continues, “I fear the worst. I don’t think I removed the correct amount of genes to stop Shadow from being able to transform. I think I’ve only removed the part that lets him do it at all. Shadow seems to only be able to transform when undergoing extreme amounts of anger and pain…..”
Shadow looks around, “…It says they stopped that with Light…it says trained. And that, they were worried I would do it…that other hedgehog, on the ground, is Light.”
Amy looks at Shadow, “Shadow no…”
Shadow holds his head, “I killed Maria! I’M THE ONE EATING HER. I KILLED MARIA…!! I KILLED MARIA!!!!!!!”
Amy grabs both of Shadow’s arms, “That doesn’t explain why you remember her saving you! She was shot by the military! You remember!”
“They changed me! To make sure I wouldn’t use this power back on them! They altered my memory! I KILLED MARIA. AND NOW, it’s resurfacing though my dreams! My guilty heart is attacking my mind! I KILLED MARIA. The one thing I HOLD…DEAR…I…”
Shadow breaks down, falling on his knees, crying, “I ATE HER. I JUST…CHOMP…AND SHE’S DEAD!!!!!”
Amy sighs and puts a hand on his shoulder, “…Shadow…”
WHACK
Shadow bats her hand away, hard.
Shadow’s body is shaking, “I….KILLED….” His eyes close, and then open, now pin point small.
Amy grits her teeth, “Shadow…”
Back to the monitor room, “…It’s working sir!”
The general, “Send a team to capture him once he’s finished changing. We need him to control time. Make sure he’s alive”
Back to Shadow. His teeth start to grow much larger, his body hunches over, his quills shooting out, his hands trembling.
“AND NOW…”, Shadow’s voice is much deeper, “EVERYTHING. WILL. DIE.”
Shadow is at least 20 feet bigger, his claws stretching out, and teeth ready to slice though anything.
Amy just stares, the silence taking over. Amy breaks the silence by SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS
Just then, the halls are filled with military personal. All aiming guns and getting down, “PROJECT SHADOW. STOP WHERE YOU ARE”
Shadow’s mouth gapes, “YOU. YOU PUT THAT LIE IN MY HEAD. YOU…ALL…”
Shadow jumps into the air and slams down over one of the personnel, slashing away at his face.
The other people aim their guns, “…FIRE!!”
The general, “WE NEED HIM ALIVE!”
One person doesn’t care, pulls out a small hand gun, and fires at Shadow’s head.
Amy screams, “SHADOW…!!!”
Shadow stops dismembering for a moment
“oh thank god…”
Bullets fall from Shadow’s head, not even a scratch.
“oh….crap…”
Shadow whips around and throws out his claw, ripping into the person’s stomach and spilling out his blood.
Amy takes a couple steps backwards and runs out of there.
Outside the building. Amy BARGES though the doors and runs outs.
WHOOM WHOOM WHOOM
Shadow EXPLODES out the front door and lands right in front of Amy. Shadow reaches a claw to the sky and is just about to throw it down.
“Hey! You stupid fake hedgehog! What do you think you’re doing!”
Shadow’s ears perk as he slowly turns around
Amy smiles, “SONIC!!”
Sonic grins, “Whoa! I didn’t think you could get any uglier, Shadow!”
Shadow snarls, slime dripping from his mouth.
Shadow jumps up, lands in front of Sonic, and reaches back.
Sonic just stands there, “Wanna play, huh?!”
WHAM!!
Shadow’s fist CRASHES right into Sonic’s face, sending him back. Sonic spins around, slams his hands into the ground, springs back up, and lands on his feet. Sonic throws down his fists and runs at Shadow, throwing out his foot.
WHAM
Shadow starts to fall back, but Shadow’s now massive hand wraps around Sonic’s leg and SLAMS him into the ground.
BOOM
Sonic picks himself up and goes into super speed, sending a barrage of punches into Shadow’s chest.
WHAP WHAP WHAP WHAP WHAP
Sonic reers back and SMASHES his fists into Shadow’s face
Shadow tumbles backwards, and lands flat on his back.
Sonic bends down on one knee, breathing hard.
Amy runs over and wraps her arms around him, “Sonic! My hero!”
Sonic looks at her, “Yeah yeah. Like always, right?”
Shadow’s hand is placed on the ground, pushing his body up.
Sonic’s eyes widen, “Oh no…”
Shadow jumps up, runs right at Sonic, pulls his foot back and SLAMS it right into Sonic’s face.
Amy backs off as Sonic ZOOMS into the sky, flying a good 200 yards away.
Amy reaches out, “SONIC!!!”
Shadow looks at Amy, and then runs off into the city.
The traffic is heavy, stopped to a stand still.
WHAAAM
Shadow lands on the hood of a car and slams his fists into the top, glass exploding everywhere like a bomb.
Shadow spins over, grabs the back of the car, and SLAMS it into another car, flattening it like a pancake. People race out their cars and run away screaming. Shadow bands down and fans out a hand, a bright ball of energy collecting in his hand, “CHAOS….”
The people run
“CONTROL…!!!”, A huge beam of energy EXPLODES over the people, completely engulfing them. The beam dies down and everything is totaled.
The camera holds as Shadow jumps up. More screaming and another beam smashes into the side of a building, causing the top half to fall completely off. The half falls down to the ground, exploding up into the air.
Four Years Later
The same city lays in ruins, sand now covering most of it. A gust brushes along the surface of the sand and the hum of a motorcycle can be heard in the distance.
( It had been four years since Shadow escaped and went berserk. He killed everything he could get his talons on. Cities, nations, counties, anything fell to the onslaught of Shadow, everything except the Military that is. If it weren’t for their weapons, they wouldn’t be able to hold him at bay. He attacks almost daily, and a small town resides in it. But, if you’re not welcome, you’re pretty much dead. There’s a small band of people that want to do one of two things: put a stop to Shadow to rebuild the world. Or force the Military to take action and hunt him down themselves. They have the power, but they keep him alive. All they do is wear him down enough to where he doesn’t attack.
WHY!?!
If Shadow was gone I could get back to my life. But no. I’m the leader of the resistance. A very…VERY small number of people have decided to help. At first it was just Tails and I. Man did that team suck. For about 2 years it was my fighting skills and his technology skills that let us barely survive. I finally convinced that stupid boy to wear some freaking clothes. It’s just a brown vest but it’s better than nothing.
He’s like my son…
But, one of the most interesting things in our journey was finding Dr. Eggman in the ruins of his Egg Carrier. He must have been there some time. He was in all black, a very long leather trench coat and was working on new weapons. And, another funny thing, he insisted on being called “Doc”. Three letters, D-o-c. Well, whatever. Call me Amy.
Not robots, guns. He had a vast collection of guns, and the one he pointed at us when we walked in looked pretty intimidating. Once we told him we wanted to stop Shadow, he was part of our group. We lived in there for a while, but the Egg Carrier eventually ran out of power. So, we took what we had and took his solar powered motorcycle out.
We finally hit a break. Our newest member, and I mean new. Yesterday new. The crash site of Angel Island, we were looking for a better place to hide when Knuckles recognized us, talked, and invited us to stay in his Master Emerald chamber. It’s the safest place, and the Master Emerald has a great source of power. Hopefully Tails will be able to tap into that and do something useful.
Me? Oh, it’s been 4 loveless years. The love of my life is dead, and I’m only getting older. Tails is 12. Doc is way too freaking old. And Knuckles is just…to stupid. I’m a 16 year old girl. Yeah. Bad. I threw out my stupid red dress for a pair of jeans, brown boots, black tank top, a jean-jacket, and a damn cool pair of shades. Thanks to Doc of course, who sports his own identical copy himself.
Today our mission is to go to Station square and see if we can’t find a source of water, maybe some food, something like that.
See that Motorcycle? No, I’m not the big fat guy driving it. I’m the shushed up sardine in the passenger car. )
The cycle comes to a halt in front of a building. Doc puts down the kickstand with a quick jut and the bike slightly leans over. Amy jumps out and stretches out, “Man, that is a LONG haul”
Doc whips out a cigar and lights it, “Yeah, it’s hard to smoke with all the wind in your face”
Amy sticks out her touge, “Ew. You know those are going to kill you”
“Amy you tell me that every time, and what do I say?”
“’It’s better than being killed by Shadow’. Yeah yeah. A really nice montra. If the cancer doesn’t rip away at your insides, Shadow will. Ha ha ha”
“The fact you let him live with you blows my mind”
Amy walks over to a building and sticks her head in, “Oh, don’t get me wrong. He was a nice guy. I was actually thinking of letting him be my boyfriend. But then, y’know, he went insane…”
Doc takes a drag, “You know what I think is funny?”
Amy steps back out, “What?”
“If you would of just done your job, none of this would of happened…”
Amy pauses, “…Doc! That’s a terrible…thing to…say….”, She falls on her knees.
Doc smirks, “Ohhhh! C’mon! I didn’t mean it! Shadow would of found that out anyways!”
Amy whips off her sun glasses and looks at the ground, “No! You’re right! If I would of just done my job…none of this would of…”
Smack!
Doc withdrawals his open hand, “Shut the hell up, you damn baby”, He takes another drag, “Shadow would of killed you and taken a happy dance in your intestines. Or anyone for that matter. I still think that whole thing was a trap for him. ONE guard, that the selected. The weakest one. There was NOTHING you could of done, or anyone could of done to keep Shadow out of there!”
Amy blinks, picks up her shades and puts them on, standing back up, “You’re right. I’m sorry. I’m not used to that kind of humor”
“It’s been a year”
“Shut the hell up”
“Ah ha! See! You are used to it!”
Vrrrrnnnnnnnn
Amy’s ears perk up, “Shh! Someone’s coming!”
Both of them run into an open building and step inside. The camera is outside the broken down building and a line of smoke can be seen.
From inside, “Will you put that out!:
“Oh! Right, sorry!”
Chhhhsssshhh
Cut to inside the building, both of them have their backs pressed up against the wall.
VNNNNSSSSHHH-CHUT
Doc peers around the corner. It looks like a robot. Red armor, wings coming out of both sides, jet engines on each wing. An orange visor.
Amy looks over, “Who is it?”
Doc whips around, “Shhh!”
Cut to a first person view of inside the visor. Stats and numbers flying around everywhere. Breathing can be heard. It looks over to the wall Doc and Amy are. The inside of the visor changes colors a couple of times and a heat outline of the two can be seen
Cut to an outside view, looking up at the robot, “Oh please”
Amy looks over, “Did that thing just talk?”
The robot raises it’s arm and 5 compartments open, running around in a ring around the outside of his gauntlet. Light seems to emit from the barrels when…
BOOM!!!
The middle of the wall explodes open in a fury. The dust settles and Doc opens his eyes, “I think he said: “Hello. I’m going to blow your brains out. How are you doing?”
“I think he said, “Amy grabs Doc’s wrist and runs out, “GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!!!”
She BLASTS off, running as fast as she can in the other direction.
The robot just watches them leave. He just’s standing there, not moving, as they take off.
The robot puts up a hand, “STOP”
The doc yells from behind Amy, “Okay! That time he definitely said ‘Stop’!”
Amy looks back, “FUCK NO!”
The robot takes a step forward, “AMY STOP!”
Amy stops, hearing her name
“You too, Eggman!”
They both turn around slowly and look at it.
( WHAT THE HELL?! IT KNOWS MY NAME? )
Doc adjusts himself, “it’s Doc”
The robot chuckles, “Oh! Hey! You got rid of those red tights for some REAL clothes. Bout freaking time!”
Doc just folds his arms, “Shut up bot-boy. What do you want”
The robot folds his arms, “First off, the Name’s Helix. Second, both of you have a high price on your heads from the Military. ESPECIALLY Eggman there. OH. EXCUSE ME: “DOC”.
Amy looks at him, “You’re a bounty hunter”
“Ding ding ding! Give the lady her prize, Mel! A brand new…”, he holds up his arm, “PRISION”
A net shoots out of his gauntlet and flies into the air. Amy winces and looks away.
Nothing.
Doc has snatches the net out of the air, wrapped it around his arm, and has tossed it aside.
Amy grins, “Yeah, I don’t think so Double Helix, or whatever”
Helix seems to chuckle again, “Not bad! But how do you fair against a laser gun?”, with a quick snap of his wrist his hand turns into a huge megaman like x-buster.
BOOM!
Helix reers back in pain, smoke coming off his chest armor. Doc holds a large shot-gun with one hand aimed right at him. Doc spins the gun around as it re-loads itself.
Helix stands up right, “I see you fair pretty-“ BANG!
“Okay that’s not-“ BANG
“Listen-“ BANG! CHU-CUT. BANG! CHU-CUT. BANG! CLINK
Helix is on one knee, holding his chest, “FUCKING OW, MAN!!!”
Doc looks at the gun, tosses it aside, throws both of his hands onto opposite sides of his hips and whips out two pistols.
Helix’s engines light up and zooms right at Doc. Doc fires off a couple of rounds, but Helix’s fist smashes right into Doc’s chin, sending him onto his back. Doc slams his hands behind him, pushes himself up onto his feet, picking up his guns, and aiming them back at Helix. Helix springs up into the air and starts flying around in a circle. Doc fires off his guns, missing every single time.
BANG BANG BANG BANG
CLICK CLICK
Doc throws down his guns, hitting the ground heavy. Helix comes around and is flying right at Doc.
“WHAT’S THE MATTER? NO MORE BULLETS?”
Doc rears back a fist and SMASHES it right into Helix’s helmet.
WHAAAM!!
Helix spins back, and zooms off in a corkscrew direction, spinning around like nuts and smashes into the ground.
BOOM
Doc puts up a hand to shield his eyes from the blast, wind blowing his mustache and trench coat back.
Amy walks up, “Wow! That was awesome!”
SHHhhhht!!
Amy turns around and there’s Helix, standing right behind them, only no wings.
“WHAT?! IMPOSSIBLE?!”
Helix bends down and puts up his fists, “Okay fine! I’m not that good in the air! I’ll admit that!”
Amy’s fists shake by her side, “Why you dirty little…”
Amy runs up and SLAMS a fist into Helix’s chest.
BONK
Amy’s fist is held over Helix’s chest plate, Helix hasn’t even moved and tears leak out of Amy’s eyes, “…OW”
Doc folds his arm, “I shot that with a shotgun and it did nothing”
“…I forgot…”
WHAM!!
Helix spins his entire body around and SLAMS his foot into her side. Kicking her into a wall. Amy grabs her side and hits the side of the wall.
Doc unfolds his arms, “HEY! Didn’t you ever hear it’s not nice to hit girls!”
“I kicked her!”
Doc’s eyebrows furrow, “Why you little smart-ass!” Doc places his hands on the back of a nearby broken down car. The car shakes violently with Doc’s power.
Helix stands completely up, putting down his fists, “No…”
Doc lifts the car HIGH into the air, reers back and CHUNKS it at Helix
SSShhhhhTT…!!
WHHHAAAMM!!!
The car NAILS the ground and shoots dust into the air.
Helix appears right in front of Doc, his arms, folded, “Cute trick. Try again”
Doc wails out a fist
Helix seems to go transparent and appear about a foot to the left
Doc sends out his other fist
The same thing, only on the other side.
Doc gets flustered and sends out a barrage of punches
Punch Punch punch punch punch punch!!!
Each time Helix just seems to appear somewhere else, his arms still folded.
Doc stops to catch his breath and Helix un folds his arms to put them on his hips, “No I don’t think so…”
From behind, “AAAAAH!!!”
Amy jumps into the air, spins over so her body’s facing down, lets her legs wraps around Helix’s neck, her hands hitting the ground and THROWS him completely over, slamming his face into the ground as Amy spins back up to her feet
BOOOM!!!
Helix’s feet are still in the air and flop to the ground hard, “OHHH HOLY CRAP!!!”
Helix adjusts his helmet and stands back up, “…aw crap…”
In front of him, going at full speed, is Doc with BOTH of his hands behind him balled up, getting ready for the-
WHAM!!!
Helix is SHOT off into the air, SLAMMING high into a building.
From the ground a huge explosion erupts from the side of the building, leaving a huge crater. Helix sticks up there for a couple of minutes, peels off and falls down to the ground.

He just lays there
Doc holds his arm and looks at Amy, “Are you…huff….okay?”
Amy looks at Doc, surprised as hell, “Uhm…yeah….are you?”
A loud scream can be heard in the distance
Amy and Doc look at each other, “Shadow!”
They both run off to the cycle and take off.

Knuckles sits on top of the master emerald, watching a fire bew in the middle of the room.
Tails walks over with a chicken on a stick and puts it over the fire.
Knuckles grins, “Man, it’s awesome we found that chicken. I’ve been living off coconuts for…uhm…ever…”
Tails just smiles, “Hey, they’re hard to catch. It’s alright, man”
Knuckles just folds his arms, “I’m not slow! I’m just….”
Vrrrnnnn…
Tails turns around, “They’re back!”
Knuckles hops down, “Ohhh! I hope they found more yummies!”
Amy and Doc walk in, Doc throws himself onto the stairs and Amy plops down next to him, breathing hard.
Knuckles puts his fists together nervously, “No yummies…”
Amy manages to get out in between her breaths, “No…”
Knuckles down, “Aw. I wanted yummies…”
Doc crooks around, “We had a BOUNTY hunter come after us! We couldn’t find any FREAKING YUMMIES!!”
Knuckles takes a couple of steps back
Tails goes over to Amy, “You! You guys have Bounty’s on your heads!?”
Amy looks at Tails, “Especially Doc…for what reason…I don’t know…”
Tails wraps his arms around Amy and hugs her, “I don’t wanna loose you Amy!!”, He then nuzzles his face onto her shoulder.
Amy wraps an arm around him and hugs him back, “hey…hey…I’m not going anywhere…”
Knuckles quirks a brow, “Uh…Amy. How old did you say you were again?”
“16, why?”, Amy looks back at Knuckles, who seems to be looking up with his tongue sticking out.
“You were 12 last I saw you. You’re 16 now. Wow. It’s been 8 years!?!”
Doc slaps his forehead.
Tails sighs, “Four, Knuckles”
“So I’m 25!”
“…21, Knuckles…”
Knuckles looks around quickly, “Oh…AHEM…right…”
Amy stands up and walks over to the Master emerald, putting a hand on top of it, “I still say our best option would be to find Light”
Knuckles looks at her funny, “Light? Who’s Light?”
Tails leans on Doc, “Great. Here she goes again…”
Amy, not turning around, “Light is Shadow’s brother. He has the power to turn into whatever Shadow turned into. He’s a red hedgehog with gray stripes, I saw the picture…”
Knuckles stops, “Red hedgehog?”
Amy looks back, “Red hedgehog…”
Knuckles sits down, “…I thought that was a legend…”
Doc looks at him, “…What?”
“I used to be told stories about a giant, monster, hedgehog that would invade town and scare kids. He was red….”
Amy looks at him, looking very excited, “…Is there anymore!”
“…I don’t think so?!”
“Did this ‘creature’ live anywhere? I mean, did your friends ever dare you to go to his living place! Every scary monster has a place to live…!”
Knuckles puts a hand to his chin, “Now that you mention it. I don’t remember a couple of the guys betting me to go into a cave once. I went in there and there was nothing but a coffin. I ran out and acted like I had been beaten all to heck and back, it was awesome…!”
Amy is standing FULL UP, “WHERE IS IT!!!”
Knuckles, “uuuuuhmmmmm….”
Amy falls down, “You can’t remember…?!”
Doc, with a blank facial expression, “Dumbass…”
Knuckles stands up, “Wait! I know! Follow me!”
Out side a cave, it’s broken and smashes into pieces from the crash.
Knuckles looks, “It’s in bad shape. I’m pretty sure we can still get in though. We just need to find a way to move this giant boul-“
Doc picks it up, and moves it aside, setting it down
Knuckles just stares at where it used to be, “That’ll work!”
All of them walk inside, Knuckles in front.
All four of them are walking behind one another. Amy’s behind Knuckles, Tails is behind Amy, and Doc is behind Tails.
Knuckles looks back, “Anyone got a-“
Pssh shove bang ow!
Amy looks at him, “Knuckles! Tell us when you’re stopping!”
Knuckles grins, “Right! Sorry! Does anyone have a flashlight or something? It’s uh, kind of dark…”
Amy, “I don’t think we have anything like…”
A small red ember comes from the back
“…Doc!? Are you lighting a cigar in the CAVE?”
An inhale is heard, “….Noooooo….”
Knuckles, “That would work!”
Amy snatches the lighter away, “GIMMIE THAT! Put out your cancer stick!”
Doc looks at it, “But it’s my last one…”
“Bah Fine! Knuckles, here!”, Amy hands it to Knuckles.
Knuckles takes it and looks around the room, “Well, I don’t know exactly where to go. I think we’re in the room with the coffin…”
BONK, SHOVE, RRRR, CLANK
All three are by each other, Tails calls out, “Are you okay Knuckles?”
Knuckles stands up, blue light coming from behind him, “yeah I’m fine…”
A large black silhouette floats up behind Knuckles
Amy, Tails, and Doc all stand there. Doc’s cigar falls out of his mouth…
Knuckles looks at them, “What? What is it guys?! What could it- he’s right behind me isn’t he…?”
Knuckles slowly turns around, holding the lighter up to his face. A big tooth grin comes into view, scaring knuckles back.
Knuckles just stares, shaking like a leaf.
Nothing…
“Boo”
Cut to outside the cave
“AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!”
All four of them come SCREAMING out, Knuckles is in Doc’s arms, clinging for dear live like a Scooby-doo episode.
Doc runs outside, stops, looks at Knuckles…
And drops him

Amy and Tails whip around to the opening as a red hedgehog comes floating out of the opening, “HEEEEEREEEE’S JOHNNY!!!”
Tails looks over at Amy, “Okay! You found him! Now what!?”
Amy looks over, and nervously waves, “…H-hi?!”
Light’s eyes widen, “Ohh hoo hoo!!”. He floats down right in front of Amy and starts to circle her, looking up and down.
Amy shakes her head, “HEY! HEY! What are you doing!”
Light stops in front of her again, “A girl hedgehog! Damn, Gerald told me they would be nice but…DAMN, if you ain’t FINE, honey!”
Amy blushes, “…UH….”
Knuckles, Doc, and Tails looks at each other, “UH….”
Light cracks his neck, “Oh right right right! I’m Light! Dr. Gerald’s greatest creation! He sent me here to, uh…”, he looks around, “…What happened?”
Amy shakes it off, “Yes! Shadow! He went insane and did THIS to Angel island!”
Light puts a hand on his head, “What?! Shadow?! That little runt? That stupid kid could do nothing more than cling on mommy Maria’s arm. Stupid whore”
Amy just looks, “What? I’ve always heard Shadow talking about her in a …well…quite different light…”
Light finally rests on the ground and folds his arms, “Oh YEAH! To Shadow! She loved Shadow! But poor ol’ Light! No no no! She would humiliate me! I never got any attention from her. God, I’m glad I at the little jerk. She deserved it”
Amy blinks a couple of times, “Wh-what?”
Light turns his back to her, “I know! I’m a horrible person! Yeah yeah! I’ve heard it all before. I ate her! Bah! You would too if that little bitch never fed you, or hell, even played with you!”
“You..ATE her?”
“Yep”
“And now Shadow?”
“I’m sorry, I think you’re an idiot. OF COURSE NOT SHADOW! HE COULDN’T DO ANYTHING!”
Amy looks back at the other three, “DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS!!!!”
Tails looks at Amy with a nervous smile plastered on his face, then behind her, back to Amy, “Light’s going to grab your ass?”
Amy looks over her shoulder, and Light is about an inch away from her butt
Amy spins around, “I BEG YOUR PARDON!”
Light smiles, “I’m sorry! You just have a nice ass!”
Knuckles quirks a brow, and bends his head, “Heh! He’s right!”
Amy whips around, “KNUCKLES!!”
Knuckles shrugs his shoulders, “WHAT?! YOU DO!!!”
Amy looks at Light, then Knuckles…then stomps off, “RUGH!”
Light starts air shaking backwards, his hands behind his back, right next to Amy, “And, wait…let me guess where this is going. Shadow went nuts because he thought he ate Maria, turned into the thing. And NOW, you want my help to bring him back to justice?”
Amy stops, and Light keeps doing circles around her, air skating backwards.
Amy folds her arms, “I don’t know how you got it so dead on…”
Light stops, “Shadow’s never been that smart. Ever. Why he doesn’t remember ME doing it, I don’t know. I guess he was kind of young. Oh well, I don’t know…”
Amy sighs, “Yes. We need your help. Desperately…”
Light grins, “Oh really?”
Amy holds up a hand, “Look! I don’t know what sick perverted things you’re thinking right now! But, no! I won’t sell myself for that…!”
“How about a date?!”
Amy’s silent
“It’s just one stupid little date! You don’t even have to like me!”
Amy opens one eye and looks at him, “You can’t make any passes at my ass…”
“So you’ll go out with me!?”
“…Yes.”
“Whoo hoo! Put ‘er there, partner!”
Amy puts out her hand and Light shakes, “But not until you get rid of Shadow!”
“No problem”, Light shakes back, “I didn’t make any promises about your chest though”
Amy’s eyebrows furrow
Light pulls back and puts up his hands, “I KEED! I KEED!!!”
Amy sits by the master emerald, looking at everyone sleeping in their newly made home.
( We’ve got a new member today. Light the hedgehog. He may be our answer to finally setting this world right. Even if he doesn’t stop Shadow, he’s been great help to the team. He found lots of food, built us a shelter, and he did it all by himself.
Although he’s quite blunt in his opinions. I think I’m actually starting to like him. )
Light turns over, conked out, “Oh…that’s a nice ass…”

Amy’s eyes slowly open as she looks around her new room. Her head tilts over, and looks at the large couch. Doc is laying on his back, sawing some serious logs with Tails curled up in a ball on his belly. Amy smirks, and can’t help but laugh. Amy turns to look at Light, who is sprawled out on the floor, his covers wrapped around his body like a snake just shed his skin.
Amy sighs in disgust, “I have to date that thing…”, she then turns over on her stomach, places her hands on the ground and pushes herself up, letting out a big yawn with a stretch. She scratches her back and gets all the way up, looking around for Knuckles.
Amy walks over to the door and opens it, outside is Knuckles, doing some sort of Karate form. A bunch, step forward kick, spin around kick.
Knuckles looks over, “Hey Amy! Good morning!”
Amy smirks, “Heya. Where’s that spring you were talking about?”
Knuckles points, “Just over there, why?”
Amy starts walking in the direction he just pointed, “I haven’t had a decent shower in forever…”
One eye opens for Light, looking at where Amy was, “…hey what the…”
Light stands up, his quills every which freaking way and looks around in a sleepy daze, “Wher’d the goods go?” He then sniffs the air, “Ah, that way…”
Cut to a hot spring, it’s in bad shape, but still retained a lot of the water from the crash. A new water fall has formed and cascades into the middle. A pile of clothes lay on the edge of the spring, panties and all. And we see Amy far away in the water fall.
The camera turns around, and focuses on a figure approaching.
Cut to Light walking in a forest, the opening just coming into view. In this distance he can hear, “Oh yeah…that feels good…”
Light’s ears perk up as he tip toes behind a tree. “There’s no way I’m that lucky…”
Light’s head slowly peeks from around the tree. And there, in front of him, is Amy, completely naked.
Light whips back around, pressing his body up against the tree, his eyes bulging. “HOLYFREAKINGCRAP”.
He then shakes it off, and turns around, looking at the tree and leans on it, “I can’t do this. This is so wrong…”
His eyes then see a hole that goes completely though the tree, “…yes I can”
He leans down and puts his eye up to the hole
“Light what are you doing?”
Light SPINS around, his nose bleeding like crazy, “I DON’T KNOW WHA-oh, Tails”
Tails crooks his head, looking at Amy, confused. His eyes focus and then suddenly go pin point small.
SWISH
He’s behind another tree, across from Light.
Tails looks angrily at Light, and yells at him in a ‘loud whisper’, “What are you doing?!”
And, Light replies in his loud whisper, “I was out getting a breast of fresh air! I mean I was looking for woody! I mean! AAUGH!!”
Tails takes a peek back at Amy then back at Light, “I just don’t see…how…”, He looks back, then back at Light again, “Could…”, Back again, and just stays there, “….with cheese…”
Light quirks a brow, “Cheese?!”
He then looks over, and grins, then goes back to looking through his hole. He suddenly notices Amy’s clothes are being pulled into the water, “…!!!”
Light SPRINGS out from behind the tree
Amy spins around, “AAAUGH!!!”, and throws herself under the water.
Light slaps one hand over his eyes, “SORRY SORRY”, and keeps on running towards her clothes. Light TRIPS over her clothes, knocking himself and the clothes in the water.
Cut to tails who has one hand pulling down over his face in disgrace.
Amy screams, “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!?!”
Light stands up, his back to Amy, “Your clothes were going to fall in the water!”
Amy, “Well thanks! Now you kicked them in!”
“I was trying to help!”
“How did you know that anyways…! YOU WERE SPYING ON ME!”
“NO! MAYBE! SO I WAS! BIG DEAL!!!”
Amy CHUNKS a rock at his head
WHAM
Light falls down into the water, face up.
Tails had now shown himself, looking at Light in horror.
Amy covers herself, “TAILS!”
Tails starts making all these hand gestures, “I caught him doing it! I was trying to stop him! LOCUSTS!!! LOCUSTS I SAY!!!!”
Cut to Amy’s clothes on a line, drying out in the wind.
Then cut to Amy on the couch, wrapped up in Doc’s trench.
Doc sits next to Amy and pats her on the back, “Aw! What’s the matter! Two guys gawking at ya! You would of killed to have Sonic spy on you back I the day”, he then lights a cigar.
Amy looks at him, “Where do you keep getting those?”
Doc takes a drag and looks at her, “You know. I’m not too sure”.
Light walks over with a band-aid on his head, “You know it’s your own fault we were staring!”
Amy, “WHAT?”
“Yeah! If you were so FINE, there would be NO problem!”
Amy just blushes and looks away, “You shouldn’t be looking anyways!!!”
A different girl voice, “Well well, the finally has a male suitor and she pushes him away. This is a different day…”
Amy looks up and stares up at the ceiling, “ROUGE!”
Indeed, Rouge the bat in there and lands right in front of them. She now wears a green beret, a green tank top, dog tags, and camouflage army pants and boots.
Amy looks away and retreats into her mind, “Great. Big fake breasted Rouge. Well, the attention was kind of nice, I guess Light will go after her now…”
Light looks at her and smirks
Amy rolls her eyes, “Here we go…”
Light stands up, “Wow! Those are some nice fake boobs!”
Without moving, Amy’s expression changes to confusion
Rouge looks at her chest, then back at light, “Excuse me?!”
“Oh Yeah! Look at those things! God! Do you have back problems! That’s obscene!”
SLAP!
“WHEEEWW! Look at ‘em go! I’ll be here all day watching those fake bastards!”

Light falls back, with a big red hand mark on his face
Light grins and looks at Amy
Amy just stares with a big grin on her face
Doc just cracks his neck, “That didn’t take long,”, he takes another drag.
Amy looks at him, “What didn’t…?”
Doc stands up in one fluid motion, “For you to fall for him…”
Amy gasps, retreating inside herself, thinking:
I do not! Just because some hedgehog is horny for my body and –only- my body doesn’t mean it’s love. It means he knows what he wants! He just wants to feel me up, not love me. I don’t love him! I don’t!
Light snickers and puts a hand behind his head, grinning wide at Amy. Amy can’t help but smile back.
Amy’s eyes widen as she catches herself smiling, quickly putting on her shades to hide her eyes.
Oh no…
Just then Knuckles and Tails walk in, Knuckles in an explanation mode, “And that’s why it’s okay to feel funny around women. Especially naked wome-“, Knuckles’ eyes meet with Rouge’s, “You!”, Knuckles exclaims, “What are you doing here?!”
Rouge intertwines her fingers and stretches her arms over her head, adjusting her weight to one side, “Why I’m simply here on business”.
Knuckles scoffs, “Yeah right, knowing you- there’s something more than just spying…”
Amy looks at Knuckles, surprised
…for a klutz, he can read people like a book. A very short book.
Rouge pouts, “Oh very well. GUN needs your help. All of you”.
Doc’s face frowns deeply, like a bad taste just swelled up in his mouth, “Why would we help the very THING that is responsible for screwing up this continent?”.
Rouge almost laughs, a sinister chuckle escaping her vocal cords, “Why, to escape from Shadow of course. We’re offering full sanctuary in our little world to help us put an end to Shadow’s attacks”.
Tails looks at her funny, “Like we haven’t tried that already…”
Rouge bends down and pinches his cheek, “Oh you’re just as cute as ever”. Tails does not seem amused.
Light manages to catch a glimpse down into her deep-set cleavage, “I’m telling you…those things are fake”.
Rouge holds up her hand again, armed and ready, “Want some more, mister?!”
Light backs down and comes to attention, “No ma’am!”
Rouge quickly disregards Lights comment and continues, “You’ve never had the aid of the military. The general believes that if we’re able to use people from Shadow’s past, we may be able to snap him out of it. And thus…turning everything back to normal”.
Amy’s eyes widen
Back to normal?
Silence
Rouge bites her lower lip, feeling the quiet cut into her very soul, “You’re an easy target for the bigger resistances who feel you’re too much of a threat…”
Amy snaps back to reality, “Wait? There’s other resistances?”
Rouge smirks, having won their attention, “Of course. I’ve been spying on not only you but the Rogues as well – the “bigger resistance” who feel you being out here will give away their position and true plan. – Of course they never talk about what the plan is but they definitely don’t want the likes out you around ruining it”.
Doc takes a drag of his cigar, “So wait, let me see if I’ve got everything straight-“
Tails’ ears perk, “What’s that noise?”
Doc looks annoyed, having just been interrupted, “What noise?”

Knuckles turns around to face the exit, “I hear it to…”
Amy’s face grimaces in concentration, “It almost sounds like the jets of-“

Doc wheels around

The fist of Helix is SLAMMED into Doc’s face
Helix wheels around and rams his other fist into Doc’s stomach, Doc falling completely over
Helix rears up his foot and SWIPES it across Doc’s face, Doc spinning over in the air like a top and finally crashes face first into the ground, the dust rising up from the ground with his thud.
Amy throws down her hands, “HELIX!”
Like a crack of lightning, Knuckles throws his fist out and NAILS Helix’s visor, sending a deep crack running right in the middle. Helix tries to throw out a punch but Knuckles quickly dodges throwing out his other fist into Helix’s face, the crack expanding.
Cut to Amy, watching
He had time to react before I could even blink!
Helix snaps out his hands and wraps them around Knuckles arm and starts going into a summersault, spinning over himself several times and throwing Knuckles head long out the exit, right past Rouge and Tails
Outside
Knuckles throws down his feet, skidding to a halt, his dreadlocks waving around his body. He then throws down his feet and tears off back into the room, dust kicking up.
We hold on this shot of him running back in, noticing a small figure behind a dune. Quickly cut to the dune to reveal it’s none other than Wave the Swallow with her goggles over her eyes, spying. Her outfit is now a black leather jacket zipped up to cover her face as well as black jeans and gloves. (Think X-men) Frightened by Helix’s appearance, she pulls up a red bandana over her face, hops on her air board and races off.
Helix holds Knuckles arms, Knuckles putting his full strength into his effort, his eyes BURNING. Their shadows fall over the motionless body of Doc, who is out for the count. Amy’s eyes quickly glance over to Light, who is dumb struck by the whole thing, “Light- do something!”
Light snaps out of it and looks at her, “Do WHAT?!”
Helix ducks down and picks up Knuckles like a wrestler and hurls him at Helix
WHUMP
Helix is still in the follow through, breathing hard, the crack in his visor starting to chip away and a regular eye can now be seen out of the hole in it’s wake.
Rouge jumps in front of Helix and sends a high kick directly to the chin of Helix, almost knocking him off his feet. Helix springs back down, holding his chin, “What are you doing?!”
Rouge, “These people are coming with me!”
Helix, “Uh! WRONG! These little twerps are going to pay for the repairs to my armor when I get the reward money from GUN!”
Rouge looks pissed, “You idiot! They need to be alive! All that shooting you did yesterday could of killed them!”
Helix looks shocked, “Alive!?”
Rouge spins completely around and slams the side of her foot into Helix’s face, the hole in his visor getting bigger.
WHAM
Helix pulls himself back up and rushes right at her. Rouge, still spinning around tries to send the heel of her foot straight into Helix’s chest only to be met with nothing but air. Helix quickly ducks down and spins around, throwing Rouge flat on her ass.
WHUMP
Helix turns his hand into a hand cannon and aims it right at Rouge, “…No I don’t think so…you’re trying to pull the wool over my eyes….”
Light pushes Knuckles’ unconscious body off of him, starting to get back up
Tails looks over by Doc, one of his guns has fallen out of his pocket. In one quick motion Tails bends down and picks it up, aiming at Helix, “Hold it right there!”
Helix looks up, not at Tails but just up, then sighs in disappointment, “Dammit Tails. I thought you would have been smart enough to stay out of this…”
Tails’ grip weakens on the gun, “…Aim your X Buster thingie away from Rouge!”
Helix chuckles, “My X Buster. That’s a good one. Look kid, you’d never fire that thing if you’re life depend-“
BANG BANG BANG
With each bang Helix steps back. Helix looks over his shoulder, his one eye blaring through the hole, “YOU SHOT ME!”
Tails’ eyes widen as he pulls the trigger again

Tails has a nervous grin over his face. It’s out of bullets, “…d’oh”
Helix chuckles, “Heh heh heh…”. Helix then JUMPS off right at Tails, throwing back his fist.
Amy jumps up, “NO!”
WHOOOOM
Helix is THROWN back into the wall, the crack in his visor spreading all the way out and shatters off, reveling a very familiar hedgehog eye set.
Shadow suddenly looms over and has NAILED Helix
Helix falls to his knees and looks down, his helmet falling off…rolling away
Thunk thunk…
Rouge looks over, “No…”
Tails, “It can’t be…”
Light, “Isn’t that?”
Amy stares, her eyes widen, “…SONIC?”
Indeed, Helix stands up in full armor except for his helmet.

Sonic holds his head and grits his teeth, “You again!?
All of a sudden the reality of the situation slams into Amy like a ton of bricks, “Shadow!”
Rouge sneers, “That’s great! You can name names! We need to get out of here!”
Amy stares
She’s right. But how? Shadow is blocking our only exit and with Doc and Knuckles out cold we need to drag them along…
Amy snaps at Rouge “Rouge how did you get here?”
Rouge gets up, backing away by Amy and Light, “I have a jeep not too far away…”
Sonic grits his teeth, “Not this time Shadow! You won’t beat me this time!”
Shadow seems larger. More demonic. His eyes are pure white and he holds himself almost like an ape. Shadow grins a wicked grin and rushes at Sonic. Sonic throws up an arm and slams his fist into Shadow’s chest
THONK
Sonic’s fist is still connected to Shadow’s chest
Nothing
Sonic cringes, “Dangit…”
Shadow wraps his hands around Sonic, turns around and HURLS him out the exit.
Wooosh
Silence
Shadow swings around to face Amy, flexing his claws and lets out a terrible howl. He then lifts up his hand and takes a deep swipe at her.
CHUCKT
Light has thrown up his arm and blocked Shadow’s swipe. Shadow growls in anger and throws his other hand out
CHUCKT
Same thing. Only with Lights other arm. Shadow’s eyes widen and a demonic voice questions, “…what?”
Light throws back his fist and THROWS it out, slamming right into Shadow’s chest
The entire world seems to slow down, the power surge rippling off Light’s punch…
WHOOM
Shadow is thrown back, slamming hard into a wall. Shadow balls up his fists in anger, slams them on the ground, and rushes Light throwing out his gigantic fist right down over Light’s head.
WHOOOOOOM
Light’s body SLAMS into the ground, the very ground concaving and throwing up debris.
Amy yelps and scoots back
Cut to Sonic in the air, being thrown
Flash back to Sonic being punched away earlier in the comic
Sonic’s jets flare to life and stop his trajectory. Sonic balls up his fists and looks at it, “You can’t beat him like that, Sonic! Use your weapons!”
His hand turns into his “X Buster” as he starts flying back, “Use your head for once!”
Cut to Light on the ground
Light throws down his hands and picks himself up
Shadow is a little surprised and impressed. That quickly fades to anger as Shadow rears back for another punch.
Light’s eyes explode pure white as his body rips apart, transforming into the same form Shadow is.
SHOOOM
Light throws out his claws and catches his arm in his hand, throwing Shadow over his shoulder and into the wall upside down. Light quickly dashes forward and rams his elbow into Shadow’s stomach.
Cut to Amy, horrified
No! Light turned into the monster too! We don’t need two Shadows!
Light looks over his shoulder, with a very comforting smile, “Don’t worry Amy. This is what you wanted…”
Amy shakes her head and smiles, “…Light…”
Light grins, “Besides, how else am I going to get that date?”
Amy, “…!!’
Rouge grabs Amy’s hand and races for the door, “Let’s get out of here!”
Amy resists, “What about Knuckles and Doc!?”
Rouge looks around distressed, “I’ll grab fatty McLardbutt and you carry Mr. Gullible over there!”. Tails is just entranced watching Light and Shadow fight.
Amy nods and starts to pick up Knuckles
Back to Light and Shadow, Light has his hands wrapped around Shadow’s neck and squeezes. Shadow is trying to pry off his hands but it’s no use. Shadow grits his teeth and slams his fist into Light’s face
BAAM
Light falls back, right into the Master Emerald, the quake knocking down everyone
Shadow jumps on top of Light and now has HIS hands over Light’s neck, “DIE…INSECT!”
Light sneers angrily, “It would be the child of Maria to HATE me! Wouldn’t it, little brother?!”
Shadow looks confused, “…?”
CHA-SHOOM
An energy blast is thrown into Shadow’s face, sending him onto his back.
Sonic stands on top of the Master Emerald, aiming his blaster at Shadow, “Not this time tall, dark, and ugly”.
Light looks over, “Thanks!”
Sonic steps back, “What the fu-?!”
Shadow SLAMS his fists down in anger again and rushes at Light, “CHAOS CONTROL!”
A huge beam of light explodes from the ground and completely envelops Light. The light dies down in an instance and Light is gone.
Amy just looks around, “…?”
Cut to a small island in the middle of NO WHERE
Light suddenly appears, in his normal hedgehog form
Light looks around and suddenly realizes what has happened, “Oh that son of a bitch!”. Light takes off and flies over the surface, trying to rush back
Cut back to Sonic, aiming his blaster again
Shadow jumps up and backhands Sonic right off the emerald and next to Doc.
Shadow then stomps off to Tails, howling under his breath.
Amy’s eyes widen and she throws herself in-between Shadow and Tails, “No!”
Tails stands back, “Amy what are you doing?!”
Shadow throws up his hand and knocks Amy away, right into the master emerald.
THUNK
Amy’s forehead smashes into it, snapping her sunglasses right down the middle. They fall off on the ground.
Amy lays her head on the emerald and tries to focus
No. C’mon Amy. You have to be stronger than this.

Shadow looms over Tails, slime escaping his mouth and running down his chin…but he hesitates.

Amy falls to her knees, both her hands on the emerald, as well as her forehead, worn out.

Lightning runs through her finger tips, dancing on the rim of her arm, sweeps over her shoulders, jumps down her back, swirls around her legs and collides with the ground, sending a burst of energy right out her feet.
THOOM.
Amy’s eyebrows furrow, the pupils in her eyes are completely gone and nothing is left but green. Burning green. Fire seems to flow from her eyes, leaving a trail in the sky as she turns completely around, her body limp as she pushes her weight off the emerald and leering over on her two feet.
Shadow’s ears perk as his head slowly turns around
Amy, still limp, seems to get in a fighting stance, lightning cracking off her finger tips and running up her legs.
“I didn’t want it to end this way…”
Knuckles eyes open and look up

Doc shakes it off and gazes
“I DIDN’T WANT IT TO END THIS WAY!”
Shadow is now completely around, facing her
Sonic holds his head and looks up

Amy stands completely up and throws down her fists, energy jumping off her palms as she disappears into nothingness
Shadow, “…!!”

The entire world is stopped as Amy’s fist collides with Shadow’s flesh, body, and bone.
Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Doc, and Rouge, “….!!!”
Shadow’s head and upper torso cranes over, wilting to Amy’s never ending wall of constant power. Shadow FLIES out the exit as Amy disappears again.
SHHHHHEEEEEOOOOOOMMMMM
Again, the world is stopped as Amy has thrown her fist down INTO Shadow, the power sparking off from every direction, her anger almost as hard as her clenched teeth
WHAAAAM
Shadow SLAMS HARD into the ground, the ground going down 20 feet and the sand erupting into the air.
They all stand up, rushing out into the cloud of dust. The dust slowly clears and Amy stands there, trembling, starring at her hands, “...What…what have I…what…”
Shadow’s arm moves and starts to push him self up
Sonic leers back, “…No!”
Shadow picks himself up, looming back over Amy. Amy is too caught up in what happened to notice.
Tails throws out his index finger, “AMY LOOK OUT!”
Amy’s pupil less eyes swing over

Light SKYROCKETS from the side and slams his shoulder into Shadow, sending Shadow skidding across the ground.
Light slams his feet down and looks at Rouge, “Rouge! Where the hell is that jeep! Let’s get out of here!”
Rouge opens her wings and takes off, everyone following…
As everyone runs away Shadow lays there, his eyes opening…looking right at the Master Emerald….
He looks over his shoulder at them running away…
And collapses

The moon hangs high in the sky as it looks over a military barracks. Trailing at the end of the line, Light follows the group from the parked Jeep inside. Hustling is heard as Light whips around looking for something.
Nothing.
He continues inside.
Hold on the front of the Jeep as three figures, 2 small 1 rather large, slink inside just before the door closes.
K-CHINK
The entire group stops in a little metal room before a second door, Doc, Light, Sonic, Amy, Tails, Knuckles, and Rouge at the front. Rouge turns around, “Alright feel free to roam the city…tomorrow we’ll talk about the plans to bring Shadow down. In the mean time, Welcome”.
In one quick motion, she opens the door as light floods out, blinding everyone.
Amy holds up her hand and winces, her eyes adjust and gaze upon a huge plaza with homes and buildings everywhere, all contained inside. Children playing, people talking…
Amy stares blankly, her new eyes unmoving, “Just like nothing happened…”
From behind Amy and the new door, the three figures race out the door and climb up the side, undetected like spiders.

Cut to a large open area with food vendors all around, some in buildings, other in moveable karts, all with different types of food.
Amy walks up, her eyes still in that new glowing state as the person behind the counter winces back, “…Uh…Can I help you?”
Amy blinks, “…Oh! My eyes! Sorry I don’t mean any harm! I just wanted a hamburger or something? What’s good here?” She leans forward. Her hands barely touch the end of the counter and it rips off like paper, “Sorry sorry!! Augh! This is so confusing!”
The man behind the counter turns around, “One burger for the lovely lady!”
From the back, “One dead cow, coming up!”
Amy smiles, “Cow? You have your own livestock in here?!”
The skinny man behind the counter trembles, “Yes! It’s great! Would you like one too – PLEASE DON’T HURT ME!”
Amy frowns, “Hurt you? I’m not gonna…-“
A bag full of food is tossed in her arms, “It’s on the house! Please! Enjoy!”
Amy blinks, “…O….kay…Thank you!”
Doc already sits at a table in the middle of the eatery, eating some very large hot dogs.
Amy pulls up a chair at the same table and sits down, slamming her food into the table, “…Dammit”.
Doc, talking with a full mouth, “Actually I like the eyes! It’s very becoming! *munch munch*”
Amy frowns and opens her bag, “I can’t control any of this. I’m not used to so much power. What do you think happened?”
Doc, still stuffing his face, “Welp – The Master Emerald contains a living consciousness inside it. Maybe two – Oops dropped a tomato – Maybe they heard your cries and gave you some power”
Amy sighs, “Maybe…”
Doc finishes his hot dog, “Or maybe I’m batshit crazy. I really don’t know. Either way you took Shadow to town and it was…pretty bad ass!”
Amy smiles, “Thanks…”
From a distance, “Hey! Guys! There you are!”
Doc rolls his eyes and jams yet another hot dog down his mouth, “Here comes your boyfriend…”
Light sits down, “This seat taken? Didn’t think so! Hi Amy!”, he then looks at Doc, “…Doc”.
Doc rolls his eyes again and nods, still eating his hot dog. (That’s not on fire)
Light looks around, “Where uh…where –IS- Sonic and all them?”
Amy pulls out her hamburger, “They went to their rooms or whatever. Apparently we got lodging at a bar?”
Light notices the hamburger, “HEY! Food! Where’d you guys get that?”
Doc, eating ANOTHER HAWT DAUG, “…we’re in the cafeteria. Pick a spot”.
Light looks around and then back at Amy, “I’m gonna get something, hun. Don’t go nowhere”. Light then picks himself up and takes off.
Doc and Amy look at each other, “…hun?”
Light is at the taco joint, “I’ll have 4 tacos and like a soda or something. Maybe 6 Tacos I’m pretty hungry! You ever live in the desert?”
The woman behind the counter looks confused, “Uhm? No? That’ll be 500 credits”.
A wave of confusion sweeps over Light, “500 wha-?”
The woman behind the counter does not look amused, “…credits. Y’know. Money”.
Light grimaces, “Oh uh…never mind then I gu-“
Suddenly an older woman with long blond hair, glasses, and a lab coat, buts in, “Put it on my tab”.
The woman behind the counter smiles, “Oh! You know him! Right away Dr. Arnold!”
Light turns around, “Wow, thanks – uhm…”
Dr. Arnold puts out a hand to shake Light’s, “Maria.”
Light snickers, “Maria? Seriously? That’s hysterical”.
Maria smiles, “Oh?”
Light grabs his food, “I used to know someone named Maria. Didn’t end too well as I remember. Anyways – How can I make this up to you?”
Maria looks over at Doc and Amy then back at Light, “May I join you?”
Light smiles, “Oh yeah! Sure! I’ll meet you there!”
Cut back to Amy who looks confused, “- It’s not like I like him like that. Well! Maybe I do! With Sonic back – I’m so confused…”
Light sits down with his tacos and soda and starts obnoxiously eating and drinking, “Hey guys! You miss me!?’
Doc, now smoking a cigar looks at Light, “…how did you pay for that…?”
Light, “Oh this nice Doctor Lady bought it for me! She’s going to eat with us in a second! And Oh MAN – you’re not going to believe her name. It’s Maria!”
Doc and Amy looks at each other, “Maria…?”
Just then Maria walks up behind them, “…Yes?”

Knuckles lays on the top of bunk beds with a remote in his hand, flipping through, “TV! Ha! They have TV in this place”
Tails sits down, “Yeah – I wish Sonic didn’t go to have his emo fest. There’s so much I wanted to talk to him about…”
Knuckles snickers, “Still a rabid fanboy huh…”
Tails smiles, “I guess it’s obvious”
Just then Rouge walks in, “Hey fellas…”
They don’t say anything
Rouge pouts, “Nice welcome. Anyways I have someone I’d like you to meet. He’s only a child but really could use some company.” Rouge turns around, “C’mon Project Blind. Don’t be scared. These people are like you…!”
Rouge looks back at them, “He hasn’t seen other types like himself before other than myself”.
Just then a very timid, all black hedgehog with long black quills comes walking in. His eyes are pure red and on his skin, green tribal designs are woven into the surface, dancing all over his body.

Rouge looks confused, “…he never lets strangers touch him – Anyways he’s very shy and doesn’t talk – at all”.
Knuckles gets on one knee, “Oh no problem. We can have lots of fun! Can’t we Blindy! Yes we can!”
Tails, “Oh brother…”
Rouge smirks and walks out the door
Tails quirks an eyebrow, “…did she say “project Blind”?”

Light furrows his eyebrows, “Okay this is weird. I never told you I lived on Angel Island. Were you on those project teams?”
Maria laughs, “Oh that was a long time ago.”
Light slumps, “Man that would stink. All my memories would have to be fake”.
Maria looks at Light, “Tell me exactly – what do you remember?”

Maria, “…just a lot of power is needed to break the time and space barrier. However, such power can’t be contained in a tiny little form. Which is why they have to get “bigger”, so to speak, and then they can use their power without tearing apart,” she pauses, “HOWEVER, just turning into the beast takes a lot of power itself. Something a deep emotional tantrum can only bring out…”
Amy, “So that whole thing with ARK being brought back? Me as the security guard, that was all staged to change Shadow into the time-traveling form?”
Maria nods, “Exactly. But he was much stronger than we thought. And, now we need him back to normal. We have another project and –“
Doc buts in, “Tell me Maria, what did you say your last name was again?”
Maria, “Arnold”
Doc, “Okay for a second there I was thinking…”

Amy looks over, “Light! Are you okay?!”
Light pounds his chest and regains himself, “Y- Y-You’re THE Maria? Maria Robotnik?!”

Maria smiles, “Yes…”
Doc shakes his head, “No no no. That’s impossible. My Grandpa went completely nuts because he saw your death…”
Maria sighs, “Yes. Towards the end Grandpa started going insane. He was working 72 hours straight sometimes. Combine that with being cooped up in the same place. I think he had notes of him going crazy when he was working on a robot we called the…’Gizoid’”.
Light stands up, “…Whoa! Whoa! That means all my memories before Angel Island are fake? And a mistake? I was thrown away like trash?!?”
Amy holds Light’s wrist, “No it’s not like that…”
Light snaps his hand back, “…I need to go”.
Amy looks at Maria, “This means all of Shadow’s memories are fake as well. He didn’t kill you at all! If we tell him this – everything could go back to normal!”
Maria, “Well – yes but-“
Sonic walks up, “Oh! There you guys are! Amy, can I have a word with you?”
Amy looks at everyone then back at Sonic, “Uhm…sure I guess….”, she gets up and walks away.
On the roof of a food vendor the three figures look out, totally undetected. Close in to the figures and we see it’s the Babylon Rogues decked out in all black except for red bandanas and goggles covering their eyes and face.
Jet turns around to look over his shoulder at Wave and Storm, also in the same type of gear, “Alright, everyone got the plan? There are 4 main generators located across from each other-”
Wave interrupts, “Yea, we know. Put these bombs on them and when they all go off at the same time, they’ll be defenseless for hours. Maybe even days”.
Storm picks his ears, “I…am- A little confused…”, he looks back, embarrassed.
Wave sighs and Jet just looks annoyed, “…Okay. One more time….”

Sonic, still in his Helix gear except for his helmet, his wings drawn in, leans forward on a guard rail, over looking a park and a fountain in the middle, “Amy…I wanted to tell you…”
Amy just stands, “…Sonic. You tried to kill me and Doc. You abandoned us when we needed you the most…”
Sonic closes his eyes, “I know! But they abandoned me!”
Amy, “What are you –“
Sonic turns around, “When I failed - people devoured my defeat and feasted on my misery. They didn’t care what I had done for them before and were now ENRAGED I couldn’t fix it! What do you want from me?”.
Amy, “…That’s true. But they didn’t know what to do. They looked up to you and…you failed them. You didn’t mean to – I never got angry at you – I thought you were dead…”
Sonic, “You never got angry…?”
Amy shakes her head, “Of course not…”
Sonic walks towards her, “You were always there for me. And I pushed you away…”, he wraps his arms around her.

Sonic looks down at her, Amy just trying to comprehend what’s going on, “Amy…maybe I can make it up to you…”

Light slowly looms out from behind a pillar

Light, from a distance, “Son of a bitch!!”

Cut to chibi-Fooly with the sign doing a happy dance, “EXPOSITION OVER!!”

Jet jumps off the side and runs past a little corridor and chunks a small ball with a glowing top.
The ball rolls next to a big metal box and the top blinks, seeming to count down.
Maria stands up, pointing, “The Babylon Rogues! How did they get in here?!”
Doc looks over, “What? They’re not supposed to be here or something?!”
Maria shakes her head, “NO! They’re part of the other resistance that wants to destroy us!”
Doc cocks a rifle, “Lock and load…”
Maria, “Where did you get that?”
Doc takes off after Jet, followed by Strom and Wave jumping down and running the other direction.
Maria, to Doc, “HEY!”
Doc notices Storm and spins around, shooting his gun and nailing the bottom of Storm’s hover board as the back explodes and flies off into a wall.
FWOOOM
Wave whirls around, “Storm!”
Storm walks out of the blast and falls on one knee, “Just go! You have the bombs! I’ll be fine!”
Wave looks concerned but furrows her eyebrows and takes off,
Storm falls flat on his face.

Light throws out his index finger at Sonic, “This is just a cheap trick so she won’t be mad at you for abandoning her in the cold!”
Sonic clenches his fists, “What!? Are you crazy?! Who do you think you are?!”
Light blinks a couple times, “…I wish I knew…”
Just then Wave races by, chunking another bomb down a hallway
Amy, “Was that…?”
Sonic, “That was Wave! They’re probably planning an attack! We need to stop them!”, Sonic races off.
Light clenches his teeth, “Not before I can get to them!”
Jet zooms past people left and right, going under tables. He looks over his shoulders. Doc just BATS away the tables like a rampaging bulldozer, going just a fast as Jet on his board,
Jet, “What in the world?! Where’s your scooter, fat man?!”
Doc raises his gun with one hand, “I’M NOT FAT! I’M JUST BIG BONED!”
KACHOOM!
The blast nails a pillar right next to Jet sending him spinning around but he gains control again, “…Tough one, eh?”. Jet jumps up, grinds along a rail and then down to the first floor down below.
Doc runs and looks down, watching Jet start to get away. Doc puts away his gun and throws himself over the rail.

Doc lands with a mighty blast and plods along after him

Wave throws up her board and bounces off a pillar to another one, dancing back and fourth with ease.
Sonic and Light race after, going in and out from between the pillars.
Cut to two guys carrying a large piece of glass who just happen to look like Mario and Luigi.
Mario, “Where did Rouge say she wanted this thing?”
Luigi, “Something about the downtown district?”
Mario, “That’s clear across the other side of the street!”
Luigi, “Well let’s get moving! Make sure we don’t drop it or let anyone run through it!”
Mario, “PFT. Don’t be silly”.

Wave throws down her body, speeding off
Light throws his arm into Sonic, pushing him away as Sonic pushes back
Sonic, “What do you want with her anyways!? You barely know her!”
Light, “She’s the only thing real in my life! I can’t let her go now!”

Wave races by and hops over the glass, making it teeter back and fourth

They regain control, “…whew.”
Mario and Luigi’s heads whip around to Sonic and Light running at them, “MAMA-MIA!!”

They both stand there in the pile of broken glass

Mario, “Well. Let’s just hope they don’t run into our vat of tar!”

Just then Wave tosses another bomb into a corridor

Light groans realizing he has to do it since he’s the one that stopped, “…damns”

From four major points explosions rocket off, killing all the lights instantly
Wave chuckles as Sonic is still trying to catch up with her. Wave looks forward as green eyes appear.

Amy walks out from the darkness, her eyes blaring green, Wave’s board under her arm, “You’ll pay for that…”
A deep, dark, soulless yell echoes into the night, “ArrrrrooOoOoOooooo….”
Amy, “Oh no…”

Knuckles rapid fires the remote for the TV, “Great everything’s dead…”
Suddenly, Blind’s tribal marks light up
Knuckles and Tails, “…”
Tails drops the remote. KLI-KLAK
Knuckles, “That’s….different…”
Blind closes his eyes in pain and grabs his temple
Knuckles starts to walk over, “Are you okay, Blind?”
Blind flares open his eyes, the energy pushing Knuckles back into the wall

Doc and Jet are back to back as they look up. Jet looks over his shoulder, “Did you hear that?”
Doc, “Yes. Now shut the hell up.”
The windows above start to rattle
Jet and Doc’s gaze quickly turns upward
CRAAASSH
Shadow lands in front of Doc and Jet with a thump. Bits of pieces of glass crash around him.
Doc stares as Jet WIGS OUT
Shadow spins around and takes off away from them
Doc wipes his brow and turns around, “That was close…”
Jet faints. WHUMP.

Amy picks up Wave by the collar of her shirt with one hand, “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?”
Wave, “…Dammit lady what are you talking about?”
Amy gets in her face, “You killed the defenses?! You’ve exposed all these people to Shadow’s onslaught! Thousands will be needlessly killed because of you!”
Wave looks confused, “…I…never thought of that”.
Amy THROWS her on the ground, her green eyes blaze alive, “IDIOT!”
WHAM!
WooooOOOSH
Amy spins around
Shadow slams the back of his fist into Amy as she falls over
Shadow kneels down and springs into the air
Amy looks up and spins over
WHAAAAAM
Shadow lands, exploding the land below him up into the air
Amy hand springs back to her feet and throws up her fists
WHAM
Light tackles Shadow to the ground
Shadow opens his jaws, “Fool! You’re just like the rest of them!”
Light screams, “STOP! STOP BEING LIKE THIS! YOU DIDN’T KILL MARIA!”
Shadow quirks, “Maria? YOU KNOW NOTHING OF MARIA!”
Light, “You’ve been blaming yourself this whole time for killing her! Look what you’ve done! You’ve killed thousands!”
Shadow smacks Light off, “They all deserve death! I was used as a puppet to kill the only thing I loved!”
Light, “She’s right here!”
Light moves to the side and Maria stands looking at Shadow
Maria, “Oh Shadow…you poor creature…”
Shadow’s demonic eyes widen, “It’s impossible…I saw….”
Sonic grits his teeth and holds up his arm cannon
Amy looks over, “SONIC NO!”
Sonic BLASTS Shadow right in the face
WHOOM
Shadow rears back, slams his back foot down and throws up his claw, “This is another trick!”. Shadow throws his arms down and bellows a horrible demonic scream that echoes through the corridors.

Cut to the outside of Knuckles’ and Tails’ room
A huge pillar of green light EXPLODES out the window
Rouge looks up, “What the…?”
Cut to inside
Tails and Knuckles are hugging each other, scared stiff, like something out of Scooby Doo.
On the other side of the room Blind’s tribal tattoos have lit up and his power radiates off of him across the floor.
The camera quickly cuts to Blind’s feet as they slowly begin to lift off the ground. Energy goes up around his body and rushes through him and his tribal marks.
Rouge THROWS the door open, “What’s going on – BLIND?!”
Knuckles screams, “HE’S GONNA EAT US!”
Cut to outside the room again
Blind CRASHES though the window and lands on the ground, kneeling as his head almost touches the ground, his long quills flowing over his body. His tribal marks dim down.
Blind lifts his head up as his marks spring to life, his body lifting off the ground and he takes off, hovering mere inches off the ground.
Knuckles, Tails, and Rouge pop their heads over the wake of Blind’s self-made exit
Rouge, “This is incredible! We’ve never seen his power flourish! Something must of triggered it!”
Knuckles looks over sarcastically, “Oh it’s amazing! It’s wonderful! It’s the best –“
He throws down his fists, “HE ALMOST KILLED US!”
Rouge, “Well. there is –THAT- also…”
Knuckles, “AAAARRRR!!!”

Cut back to Shadow and the rest. Demonic Shadow has Amy pinned against a pillar, his hand grasping her neck and his other claw ready, “Nobody Move! I want answers!”
Light, Sonic, and Maria just stand there.
Light backhands Sonic, “You idiot! We were getting through to him and you had to shoot him!”
Sonic, “Yeah well…he wasn’t going to listen!”
Just then Doc runs up behind them, “Guys! Shadow’s loose in the city! We need to-“
He notices Shadow.
Amy, clutching Shadow’s claw, “We got the memo, Doc. Thanks though.”
Shadow, “SHUT UP! Explain to me how my memories of me killing Maria aren’t real!”
Maria, “We were trying to develop of method of time traveling! To turn you into your current state you needed to have an emotional outburst!”
Shadow peers over his shoulder, “What?! Have you been watching too many Japanese cartoons?!”
Doc, “It’s true you IJIOT! Look at this red hedgehog! He looks just like you! He has memories of killing Maria himself!”
Shadow looks, “WHAT?!”
Doc, “And by my calculations…you BOTH can’t have memories of killing the same person! Hence fourth the memories are fake!”
Cut to Doc in a disco outfit on a disco floor, “Score one for Doctor Logic!”
Back to normal
Amy tries to free herself, “You know what his name is, Shadow?”
Shadow turns his attention to Amy, “…!?”
Amy chokes out through her clasped teeth, “…Light…”
Shadow looks around frantically, “It…it’s impossible…”
Amy, “Admit it! Even you can’t deny this hedgehog’s existence! Project Light and Shadow go hand in hand!”
Shadow, “…”
BLIP!
Out of NOWHERE Blind appears right in front of Shadow between him and Amy.
Shadow drops Amy and takes a couple steps back, “…!?”
Doc, Sonic, Light, and Amy, “…!!”
Maria looks, “Blind!!”
Mario and Luigi sit in lawn chairs not too far away. Mario is eating popcorn and Luigi is wearing 3D glasses. Luigi, “This is my favorite part…”
Mario, “Shhhh!”
Shadow snarls and throws all his weight into charging Blind.
Blind disappears into thin air and Shadow runs through and falls on his face.
Energy surges through Blind’s tribal marks, his energy pouring through the ground like water.
Shadow picks himself up and runs at Blind again, “RAAAAH!!!”
WHAM WHAM WHAM
Three consecutive hits slam over Shadow’s body, the final blow hitting Shadow so hard it spins him head over heals like a top and right onto the ground. WHAM!
Light blinks and rubs his eyes, “…Wh-wha? I didn’t even SEE anything?!”
Shadow disappears and reappears behind Blind
Blind looks over his shoulder and Shadow claws down
Blind instantly appears facing him and grabs his arm and throws him into the air
Shadow flips over himself and looks down
Blind, not even moving his hands, causes the ground around him to rip apart, pieces of debris floating around him. Suddenly, the debris rocket off and ZOOM right at Shadow.
Bam bam bam bam! Shadow is bombarded by hundreds of rocks.
Shadow falls down, right on his back.
Maria, “I-I don’t know what’s going on?! Project Blind has never responded to us before?!!”
Sonic snaps over, “Project?! He’s another project!?”
Maria, “Yes. We tried to implement time travel without changing forms! He has great power normally but- all he did was sit there most of the time. I…I guess he’s responding to Shadow’s power…!?”
Shadow coughs up a bit of blood, “You put up a good fight but…-“
Blind just hovers.
Shadow lifts up, “CHAOS CONTROL!”
Shadow appears in front of Blind and throws his fist into Blind’s face
WHAAAAAAAAAM
A shockwave ripples off the impact and surges through the air
Blind spins over and over…ERT. He catches himself.
Blind shakes his head and furrows his eyebrows, his tribal marks lighting up.
Maria’s eyes open wide, “He’s displaying emotion!”
Blind holds up one hand, his palm opening wide, “CHAOS….”
Maria, again, “And he’s speaking! – OH SHI-!”
Maria ducks down under something
Amy looks, “Huh?!”
Blind fans out his hand in front of his body, “CONTROL!!”
A HUGE beam of light erupts from his hand and SLAMS into Shadow. Shadow throws up his hands as the beam keeps hammering into him.
Shadow, “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!”
Nothing but white
The light dies down and Shadow falls to his knees and then flat on his face.
He shrinks back to normal.
Sonic, “…!!”
Amy runs over, “Shadow! SHADOW are you okay?!”
Amy helps him up and Shadow holds his head, “…What…What’s going on?”
Sonic looms over, “Stand back, Amy. I’m going to finish him off…”
Shadow, “Sonic? What are you doing here? What is…everyone doing here…?”
Amy, “You don’t remember?! Shadow – a lot…a lot has happened?”
Shadow quirks, “…how much?”
Sonic pushes Amy out of the way and kicks Shadow off, “He’s lying, Amy! Let me finish him off!”
Amy grabs Sonic’s shoulder, “NO!”
Shadow throws down his fists, “Sonic! What’s your proble – Where did you get that crazy outfit?!”
Sonic twitches, “…he doesn’t remember…”
From behind Mario and Luigi, VioletChaos (fan cameo), "Hosnap! .......That was COOL!"
BOOM!
A beam of light shoots Sonic clean off his feet, “ORF!”
Knuckles, Tails, and Rouge run up behind everybody, “Guys! Blind is on a wild and crazy rampage – oh. You already know-“
Doc looks over his shoulder, “Yeah we got the memo…”
Blind disappears and appears right behind Tails and throws up his hand, “CHAOS…”
Tails and Knuckles look behind them, “…!”
Light spins around and slams his foot into Blind’s face, Blind falling to the ground.
Blind’s body lifts up from the ground and he focuses on Light.
Light grimaces, “…Aw Crap…”
Amy jumps behind Blind and slams her fist into Blind’s back. Blind whips around and throws out his fist. Amy wraps her hands around his arm and flips him onto his back. WHAM! Amy’s eyes BLAZE bright green, the energy trail flowing from her eyes, “I just got everything back! I’m not letting you take that away!”
Blind spins back to his feet and holds up his hands. Three pillars snap off and float in the air. Blind throws his hands forward as the pillars rush to Amy. Amy jumps in the air and jumps off the first, off the second, past the third and throws out a punch. Blind dodges and throws his fist into Amy’s stomach. WHAM!!
Amy takes the full brunt of the force and wraps around his fist. Blind draws back and Amy falls on her knees holding her stomach. Blind lifts up his hand like he’s going to smack the back of her head. Amy’s eyebrows furrow as Blind’s hand come down. She reaches up and flips him onto his back. Using the same momentum Amy lifts her self up and slams her elbow into his gut. WHOOOOOM!
Amy rolls off of him and stands up, out of breath.
Doc folds his arms, “I could of done that…I just didn’t want to.”
Blind disappears and appears standing straight up
Maria screams, “Blind! Why are you doing this!? These people are your friends?!”
Blind looks at Maria as she disappears.
Shadow looks over and Maria is on the top of a building, “…GAH!”, she says.
Light, “Maria!”
Shadow, “What?! Maria?!”
Light nods, “Maria.”
Shadow points, “MARIA?!”
Light slams his foot down, “MARIA!!”
Shadow thinks for a little bit…then a little longer…holds up a finger like he’s going to say something
Light, “Shut the hell up emo fest”.
Shadow hangs his head. :(
Blind starts to move at Amy. Shadow grabs his arm and holds it back. Blind throws up his other fist as Light grabs that. Light, “Get him on the ground!”
Doc wraps his huge arms around Blind’s neck and they all try to bring him down.
Blind wraps himself up and FLINGS them several yards back.
Blind clenches his fists as power cracks off his body flowing down his tribal marks and out onto the ground in a circular pattern.
Blind THROWS both his hands above his head, “CHAOS CONTROL!”
He then throws them down as a huge energy ball explodes from his body

Light blinks a couple of times
He’s outside in the middle of a muddy field. It’s foggy.
Light, “…the…hell?”
Several men in old minutemen outfits emerge from the fog holding touches. They all stop, “They have monsters on their side?!”
“KILL IT!”
From the other side, men on horses and dressed in old style British uniforms charge with bayonets blazing. The minutemen throw down their weapons and charge back.
Light is right in the middle of a battle
Horses and people flood around him. A British solider throws up his sword and throws it down on Light. Light grabs the sword, pulls it, yanks the man of his horse, and mounts the horse. Light quickly takes off out of the battle and jumps off the horse.
Light spins around, “…Where is everybody?!”
Amy comes out from behind him, “Light! Thank god! Where are we?!”
Light blinks, “I have no idea!”
WHAM!!
Blind tackles Light and slams him to the ground, right off the horse. Blind sits on top of Light and begins clawing at him. All Light can do is hold up his hands and defend himself, “GAH!”
Amy, “…!!’
Light holds himself as the onslaught continues
Shadow emerges from the fog and kicks Blind off of Light.
Blind SNARLS and throws down his hands and fans them out
A huge blast of energy shoots out

The white dies down
Machine guns fire and World War II rages on behind them
Shadow looks around, “Where did he go?!”
A nazi comes up and shoves his gun right in Shadow’s face, “Ich möchte irgendeinen Kaffee und Kuchen!”
WHAP!
Doc slams his elbow over the Nazi’s head and falls to the ground, “Don’t worry fellas! I know how this one turns out!”
Amy holds her side, “It looks like they figured out time travel finally…”
Light, “And he’s using it to confuse us!”
BOOM
From behind them
They all turn around to see a huge tank appear from the smoke with Blind right on top of it
Doc, “Oh c’mon! That’s cheating!”
Sonic appears next to Blind, his hand cannon right in Blind’s face, “Dodge this!”
BAAAAM!!
Everything goes 100% white
Sonic looks around, he’s in the middle of some city, “I had him! Son of a bitch!”
Amy walks over, “Is that…?”
Sonic looks, “no…”
They’re in the middle of Station Square and old school Sonic is being chased by Amy and old school Dr. Eggman chases after them both.
Doc looks, “Jesus. Look what I’m wearing! I thought that was cool. I must have been high or something.”

An explosion goes off in front of them
They all jump back and look up
Blind is on top of a light poll and throws up his hand for another attack
Just then old school Sonic runs to the base of the poll, “Whoa! Is there a party and I wasn’t invited!”
Sonic, with Helix’s armor (the present Sonic), “Oh shut up with the one-liners you cod!”
Old School Sonic, “Someone has an attitude problem!”
Sonic (present) turns around, “If you kill yourself in the past do you die in the present?”
Doc, “I think so”
Sonic (present), “DAMN!”
Blind charges up a blast and aims for old school Sonic
Sonic (present), “…!”
Shadow tackles old school Sonic out of the way
Old school sonic, “…What?! Another hedgehog! Who are you?!”
Shadow, “Yes yes I’m your fake bent on world domination– just shut up.”
Light jumps down from the top of another building and puts Blind in a chokehold, “I DON’T THINK SO!”

Light falls flat on his face, “Augh! I hate when he does that!”

Cut to a far away shot, looking down right at Silver looking up. A chaos emerald to either side of him. Close in and Silver falls to his knees, outstretching his hand, “Blaze…”
The clouds sweep away and light beams down
Silver holds his hand to his chest and closes his eyes, “…We did it. We saved the world….”
“But without you…”
He slams his fist into the ground, “I have nothing! I have…No purpose! I…I wish….”
Energy starts to flow around him, like a fog rolling in
Silver jumps on his feet, “….!”
Bright light flashes and explodes in a wave. Silver throws up his hands to shield his eyes. The light dies down and Silver looks upon Light, Shadow, and Amy…all on the ground.
Light starts to pick himself up, “You know….that’s starting to get VERY annoying…!”
Shadow stands up, “He’s managed to cut down our numbers. He’s going to keep going in and out of different times until we’re all stranded alone…”
Amy stands, “And then what…?”
Shadow folds his arms, “hunt us down one by one I guess…”
Amy looks away
Silver walks up, “…Amy? Shadow?”
Shadow, Light, and Amy look over, “….?”
Silver, “It is you! But – But Amy! You’ve changed! What…What’s happened?”
Amy looks around, “I’m…I’m sorry? Do I know you?”
Silver, “We chased after Sonic together! You don’t remember me?”
Amy, “We’ve never met…”
Silver goes to Shadow, “And Shadow! You helped me seal the flames of disaster! You- you look different too. What…”
Silver notices Light, “…Mephiles?”
Light, “Look kid, you’re obviously very confused…”
Silver holds his head, “Augh this is all so confusing. What’s going on…”
Over to the side Blind floats into view and sets himself down, just staring.
Amy, Shadow, and Light get in a ready stance. Silver takes a couple steps back, “…What in the world…?!”
Light cracks his knuckles, “Look kid, stand back unless you want to get hurt…!”
Light jumps off in an arc and sends off his foot at Blind.
Blind throws out his hand and catches Light in the air.
Amy and Shadow, “…!”
Silver, “….!!!”
Silver looks at his hands. Then back at Blind, “He can do it too…”
Blind spins around and hurls Light right off the cliff
WOOOOSH
Amy throws out her hand, “LIGHT!”
Shadow runs over to the egde, past Blind, and looks

Blind, not moving, seems to crack a sinister smile
Amy’s eyes notice something
Light ‘s head slowly raises from the cliff, coming into full view
Shadow takes a couple steps back, “How are you doing that?!”
Light, “I don’t knoooooow!”
Light is lifted all the way up and placed next to Blind.
Blind, still hasn’t moved, his smile fades.
Light looks at his hands and seems puzzled. They all look at Silver.
Silver draws back his hand and gets in a ready stance, “I know you don’t know who I am! But in another time you were my friends! I’m Silver the Hedgehog! And I won’t let this-“
WHAM
Blind throws his knee into Silver’s chest
Silver falls down, the wind knocked out of him
Blind stands up, his long quills flowing around his body
Blind puts out a hand, lifting a boulder and moves it over Silver
Amy, “…!”
Amy, Shadow, and Light rush over
Blind throws out another hand and stops all 3 in their tracks
Light, “Oh c’mon this is BULLSHIT!”
Blind, with his other hand, lets the boulder drop. Silver spins around and catches the boulder with his mind, “It’s no use!”
Silver lifts himself up off the ground and finds himself in a mental tug of war with Blind.
Blind’s quills light up as he presses on
Silver strains his hands as the boulder shakes furiously in the air
Blind wheels around his other hand to try and gain some leverage
Light, Shadow, and Amy drop

Light’s foot gently touches the ground
WOOSH
Light SPRINGS into action and slams his fist into Blind’s face
WHOONK
Blind lets go of the boulder and it explodes into pieces under the pressure
Blind wheels himself around and stands up GLARING at Light. Blind throws up his hand and starts to pick up Light.
Silver throws out his hand and Blind himself is lifted into the air
Blind SNAPS to Silver, “…!”
Shadow throws his knee into Blind’s stomach
Blind lets out a scream as Silver throws up his other hand, just HOLDING him there.
Amy spins over and sends a kick to Blind’s side
Blind SCREAMS as the ground concaves down
Blind throws down his hands and knocks everyone away and immediately appears in front of Silver
Silver, “…!!!”
Blind grabs Silver’s shoulders and presses his head against Silver’s forhead
Silver grabs Blind’s shoulders and pushes back
Both of their stances widen, seeming to try and gain mental advantage over one another
Silver grits his teeth, “No…! I just lost…everything! I won’t…let you….hurt…these…people!”
Light rolls over and tries to pick himself up, “Hold…on….!”
A huge energy blast explodes from Silver and Blind, locked in a mental battle
Blind’s tattoos SPRING to life as both of them start to lift into the air
Amy tries to pick herself up, “…Rrrr..a…guh…”
Cut to a close up of Silver’s eyes
Then Blind’s
Blind blinks a couple times, shaking his head

Silver comes into view
Sound rushes in
Blind lets go and is sent flying off into the ground, smashing into it
Silver lands on his knees and grabs his head in pain, “Aaaaah!!”
Blind, on his back, grabs his head also and seems to be in the same pain.
Shadow manages to get up on one knee, “Silver! Let go! Just…Let go!”
Silver opens one eye and looks over, “I…I can’t! He’ll just hurt you again!”
Shadow, “LET! GO! DAMMIT!”
Silver looks at Shadow for a few moments
And then collapses
WHUMP
Blind faints
Amy pushes all her energy into running to Silver, trying to help him up, “Get up! C’mon!”
Silver opens his eyes, “Is…is he down?”
Amy hugs Silver, “Thank you Silver”
Silver hugs back, “So you remember?”
Shadow and Light manage to walk over
Amy, “I don’t have a damn clue what you’re talking about…!”
Silver, “That’s okay.”
Amy lets go and looks back at Shadow, “And you’re back to normal…!”
Amy hugs Shadow
Shadow seems surprised, “I guess I have some catching up to do…”
Light folds his arms, “AHEM!”
Amy looks over at Light, “And Light…”
Amy walks over and wraps her arms around him, “How could I forget you?”
She kisses him
Silver quirks a brow, “…wait. What the…?”
Shadow, also confused, “I…I have no idea…”
Amy ends the kiss and looks back at him, “My Light…”
Light smiles, “…Does this mean we get to do it?”
Shadow facepalms
…Blind flips himself onto his stomach
Silver notices, “…Guys!”
Amy smiles at Light, not even noticing, “…Heh…I guess we’ll just have to figure that out later..”
Blind stands completely up
Silver points, “GUYS!”
Everyone looks over, “WHAT?”
Silver just points
Everyone turns around and the air around Blind seems to crack off
Blind’s red eyes flare up as the sheer matter around him seems to bend to his will
Light puts himself in front of Amy, “….”
The air around Blind rips right of the air, forming into small metal spheres that float around him. Soon the spheres flatten out and start swirling around him like particles of an atom.
Shadow, “Oh that can’t be good…”
Blind grins as the swirling matter rushes around his lower half, making a swirling vortex that lifts him right into the air.
The very area around them seems to phase in and out. The sky blinks to different times in history.
Blind throws up his hands around his body and in one swift motion lets the energy crack out from himself in a giant ball that explodes out, eating everything in its path. Nothing but black.
Silver, Shadow, Amy, and Light are lifted off the ground and swirl around before crashing down else ware.
They pick themselves up to find themselves in the middle of this huge…MASSIE time distortion Blind has created. Blind stands right in the middle with the vortex holding him up. In addiction, seems to be protected by an invisible sphere of some sort.
Silver looks around, “Where are we?”
As he looks around the room famous monuments throughout time float around. Frozen states of other past and future lives hover around like decorations. Old versions of Sonic. Different version of Dr. Eggman. Blaze.
Silver looks, “Blaze?!”
Light, “He’s figured out how to manipulate time…!”
Silver, “Is that what’s going on? That creature can control time? But to this extent!?”
Light, “Look at him! He’s just sitting there! He doesn’t have anything to worry about!”
Just then, thousands of after images of themselves ripple off and scatter around the area. Some rushing right at Blind but ending in a flash of light. Other images dying.
Amy moves around, but more and more after visions just ripple off her body, “What…What’s going on?!! Why are there so many of us!”
Shadow narrows his eyes, “He’s stacking the deck…”
Blind throws out his hand as a huge pillar of light rockets down from the sky
Silver, “MOVE IT!”
The huge beam explodes down, ripping apart time and space as they all jump out of the way. The time void heals itself.
Amy looks over, her quills flapping around violently in the wind, “What do you mean stacking the deck!?”
Shadow stands up and looks right at blind, “Time isn’t just forward or backward. For every possible choice we make there are millions of other choices and possible outcomes from that choice. Blind is seeing every possible choice and stopping the one’s that defeat him from happening! In this state…he can see time as it were matter! He can do whatever he wants however he wants!”
Silver, “You’re saying he’s the one keeping score!”
Shadow narrows his eyes, “…and cheating…”
Light, “But there has to be an outcome where we figure out a way past that! There has to be one choice we make that stops him! We just have to wait for that to happen!”
Silver, “What if our choice IS that option!?”
Light just scratches his head, “….”
Blind looks over and throws out his hand as another pillar of light appears right above Light
Light looks up, “…Oh dammit….”
KA-FWOOOOOM
He’s gone
Shadow, “…!”
Silver, “…!”
Amy, “…NO!”
Amy throws out her hand, “LIGHT!!”
A bubble appears where Light just vanished from and blinks, Light re-appearing inside the bubble.
Light falls back, “…HOLY CRAP THAT WAS WEIRD…”
Silver, “Amy…how did you?”
Amy looks at her hands, “I….I….I don’t know….”
Blind throws down his hands and dozens of light pillars explode down, one right over them again.
Amy throws out her hands and a bubble appears over them, the pillar of light coming down but nothing happening.
Inside the bubble the wind is non-existent
Light, “Yeah that’s good hun…just keep this up…”
Shadow, “I don’t know how you did it but you…you managed to actually control time! Or at least stop fate from giving us a bad hand.”
Silver, “So….Amy’s helping keep score…”
Shadow pounds his hand into the other hand, “Yes! And with this we can get close enough to knock him out of the sky…!”
Silver, “I don’t know about that! When we were linked I felt…I felt like a child”
Amy, “A….a child?”
Silver, “Yeah! It was…strange. I was scared. I was angry. I was…I was a lot of things…”
Light, “Well we have to teach that brat a lesson! I think he needs a good spanking!”
Amy closes her eyes, still holding her hands out, “WAIT! Maria was screaming about how she never got a response from him. They call him Blind. Can Blind…not see? Or hear?”
Silver shrugs, “I – I’m not sure! When I saw myself through his eyes it was like I’ve never seen or heard anything before…”
Amy, “That’s it! – Silver! Can you mentally connect with Blind again?!”
Silver, “What?! I almost killed both of us in the process last time!”
Amy, “THAT doesn’t matter! Pretty soon he’s going to learn how to over power me and we’ll be done for! Can you do it or not!?!”
Silver, “Uhm….”
Amy, “Can you make it so I can talk to him? Inside his head?!”
Silver, “I’ll…I’ll try…”
Silver throws down his hand and looks, “…No. He’s too far away”
Light, “Can you move while you’re inside this, Amy?”
Amy moves and the bubble disappears, “…No”
The wind picks up again
Silver, “CRAAAAAAAP”
Shadow, “I’ll draw his attention! You three get close!”
Shadow speeds off around him, “HEY!”
Blind looks down, his eyes lighting up
Shadow grits his teeth, “ANY TIME, GUYS!”
Amy and Silver dart ahead
Blind throws out a hand as a white pillar appears over Shadow
Shadow takes a couple steps backwards, “…!”
KA-THOOOM!
Light jump-tackles Shadow out of the way as time rips itself apart
They’re both on the ground
Shadow, “…Thanks…”
Blind turns completely around and looks at them
Light winces, “Oh this is gonna suuuuuuck…”
Silver throws out his hands, “AMY NOW!”
Blind SPINS completely around, “….!!!!!”
Nothing but black
Nothing
Silent
Completely silent
Shadow picks himself up
The wind’s died down
Everything has stopped
Light stands up
Nothing is moving
Silver has his eyes closed
Amy and Blind have completely stopped
Shadow, “What…the…?”

Amy stands alone
Faint crying can be heard
She walks towards it
Alone and curled up in a ball is a crying Blind, sobbing his eyes out
Amy walks over, “Hey little guy, what’s the matter?”
Blind stands up, “Who…Who are you!?”
Amy bends down and puts her hands on Blind’s shoulders, “I’m Amy Rose, what’s your name?”
Blind looks around, “I know they call me Blind…”
Amy hugs him, “That’s a nice name…”
Blind hugs her back and starts crying again, “…I’ve never felt anything before…”
Amy stops hugging him, “How old are you, Blind?”
Blind sniffs, “…5”
Amy, “Wow. 5.”
Blind furrows his eyebrows, “What’s wrong with 5!?”
Amy, “Nothing! I just…You’re so young…”
Blind turns around, “When you leave I’ll be lost again…”
Amy, “What?”
Blind, “Once Silver lets me go I’ll be lost in darkness again. No way to talk. Feel…see…”
Amy thinks, “I was given a gift…by the master emerald…maybe I can pass it on…”
Blind, “That’s stupid”, he folds his arms
Amy holds out her hand, “Is it?”, she smiles
Blind turns around and reluctantly takes her hand
Amy’s body lights up in green and it flows from her body to his

Outside
The world starts moving again
Silver is thrown off his feet and onto the ground, “AAH!”
Light helps Silver up
Everything starts moving again and Amy falls to her knees
The towering swirling vortex disappears and Blind hangs there for a moment
Then passes out and starts to fall
Shadow rushes over and catches him
Right as Shadow catches him the time vortex rips apart and in it’s wake is Amy’s old apartment
Shadow stands with Blind in his arms, “What…?”
The light breaks in through the window
Doc opens up the bedroom door, “What the FU- “
He notices everyone, “GUYS!”
Blind starts moving and opens his eyes…with normal eyes. He blinks, “…Is Amy okay?”
Light helps her up. Amy, “I’m fine Blind…”
Blind smiles, “…good.”
Silver gets up also, “That…That was NUTS!”
Doc shakes his head, “Wait. This is…”
Doc runs to the door, swings it open, and looks outside, “…It’s beautiful!”
Amy, “…?”
Everyone comes walking outside and leans against the railing on the 2nd floor of the apartment at the sun set.
Light looks over everything, “…How…What did?”
Blind looks over, “Amy –“
Amy looks over, “Yes?”
Blind smiles, “Thank you…”, he then passes out.
Amy smiles back, “No Blind. Thank you…”

Eyes open to nothing but blur
Shadow pounds on the door to Amy’s bedroom, “HEY! HEY! You’re going to be late for your job interview!”
Amy THROWS open her eyes, “GAH!”
She rockets out of bed and into the bathroom
Light turns over and pulls the covers over himself, “You’ll be fine, baby. Shadow and I are going over to Doc’s so Blind can see him. Just chill out…”
From outside: BEEP BEEP
Knuckles drives up in a jeep, “HEY! Do you know what time it is!?”
Knuckles leans back in and looks over to his passenger, Sonic, “I swear….women…”
Sonic, just…normal Sonic, “Seriously…”
Tails, in the back seat playing a Nintendo DS, “Just give her 5 more minutes guys…jeesh.”
Knuckles leans, “We’re going to miss breakfast at McDonalds unless she moves her ass!”
BEEEEP BEEEEEEP!
Amy runs out of the bathroom fully dressed in a business suit, “I’m coming I’m coming! Christ!”
Light sits up, “Hey!”
Amy stops, walks back over, and kisses Light.
Light flops back down, “Good luck, hun! I love you”.
Amy, walking out, “I love you too. Don’t burn the place down!”
Light, not moving in bed, “NO PROMISES!”
Shadow is on the couch with Blind flipping through channels, “Nothing’s ever on this early…”
Blind yawns, “When’s Amy coming out?”
Amy RUNS out, “Sorry guys! Over slept! I’ll be back tonight!”
Amy turns around to see Silver in the kitchen, pots and pans circle around him, Silver not touching a one, “HEY! Good morning sleepy head! I made breakfast!”
Amy smiles, “Awww thanks Silver. Just put it in the fridge I gotta run this morning!”
Silver, “Well okay but don’t forget your lunch!”
Silver waves his hand and a bag lunch ZINGS over to her
She catches it, “Ha haaaaa….Thanks Silver”
Amy turns to the door and Blind stands there, “Good luck Aunt Amy…”
Amy kneels down, “You be good today, okay Blind?”
Blind hugs her

From outside: I’LL BE JUST A SECOND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!
Knuckles sinks in his chair, “Eeeeeeee….”
Tails, not even looking up from his DS, “I told you to wait 5 more minutes…”
Knuckles turns around, “In 5 minutes we’re gong to miss sausage McGriddles! Oh those sweet…savory…om nom nom….”
Sonic just rolls his eyes, “Whatever man….”
Amy walks out, “Okay I’m coming I’m coming!”
Knuckles, “BREAKFAST WAITS FOR NO MAN OR WOMAN! HURRY!”
Cut to inside the apartment
Silver looks over to Shadow, “So do you think she’ll make it…”
Shadow leans over
Blind walks over, “I think…I think she’ll make it….right on time….”
