The customer may use the art for any non-commerical means they deem necessary (Avatars, banners, non-profit gains, etc...). Selling my artwork for any commercial endeavor is strictly forbidden without my expressed written consent. If you wish to sell my artwork please contact me.
The artist (me) reserves the right to show case off the work purchased, be it your original character or otherwise. If the original picture is not bought it is subject to be sold at a later date.
